PB is now 8 years old and wanted to share her experience with having ADHD in the hope that it will help grown ups to understand ADHD kids a little bit better and to hopefully make other ADHD kids feel a little bit less alone. In today's episode, PB talks about one of the biggest challenges she has - sleep. Getting to sleep, staying asleep, things that can make it worse and things that can help. She gives her top tips and tools for things that she finds helpful to calm her busy mind when it's going boom like fireworks and stopping her from sleeping.
