<p>آلبرت هوبارد: ما دیگر هیچ وقت به امروز باز نمیگردیم، پس هر چه را که لازم است بردارید. </p> <p> توی این قسمت به بهانهی این جمله از آلبرت هوبارد نویسنده و فیلسوف آمریکایی قراره در مورد واژهی «خاکستری» با هم صحبت کنیم و از همون ابتدای مسیرمون به سراغ یکی از اولین روانکاوان و روانشناسان زن تاریخ میریم تا به کمک تفکرات و تحقیقاتش متوجه بشیم که این جمله از آلبرت هوبارد چه ارتباطی میتونه با عنوان این اپیزود داشته باشه و در ادامه هم از آلبر کامو، کارل گوستاو یونگ، کارل پوپر و محمد ابراهیم جعفری برای به ثمر نشستن این اپیزود کمک میگیریم.</p>

<p>کارل راجرز: تناقض عجیب و جالبی وجود دارد، بعد از اینکه خود را همانگونه که هستیم پذیرفتیم، آنگاه میتوانیم تغییر کنیم.</p> <p><br></p> <p>به بهانهی این جمله از کارل راجرز و با برداشتن اولین قدم و گذشتن از اولین واژه که «پذیرفتن» بود به سراغ قدم بعدی و واژهی بعدی رفتیم و قراره در مورد واژهی «تغییر» با هم صحبت کنیم و علاوه بر راجرز از روانشناسای بزرگ دیگهای مثل اروین یالوم، جان فردریکسون و اریک فروم هم برای عمیقتر نگاه کردن به این واژه کمک گرفتیم. </p>

<p>سلام، به اولین قسمت از پادکست واژ خوش اومدین</p> <p>رسول محمدی هستم و به بهانهی این پادکست قراره دقایقی رو در کنارتون باشم </p> <p>حتی اگه هزار و یک راه واسهی ارتباط برقرار کردن بین آدما وجود داشته باشه، گفتن و شنیدن میتونه مستقیمترین و روشنترین مسیر باشه به شرط اینکه از چیزایی که این وسط بینمون رد و بدل میشه درک درستتری داشته باشیم. توی این پادکست قراره در مورد همین واسطهها با هم صحبت کنیم، واژهها. توی پادکست واژ قراره در مورد واژههایی با هم صحبت کنیم که انگار همیشه ناتموم موندن، واژههایی که خیلی وقتا اونقدر ساده از کنارشون عبور کردیم که دیگه معنا و مفهومشونو از دست دادن و به مرور کمرنگ و کمعمق شدن و بعدها از همین واژههای کمعمق توقع داریم تا رابطههای عمیقی رو برامون رقم بزنن. نه قراره توی لغتنامه دنبال معنیشون بگردیم و نه قراره نحوهی تلفظ و نوشتنشونو توضیح بدیم، فقط قراره یه خرده عمیقتر بهشون نگاه کنیم، همین</p> <p>توی این قسمت و برای اولین قدم واژهی «پذیرفتن» رو انتخاب کردیم و از روانشناسای بزرگی مثل زیگموند فروید، کارل گوستاو یونگ، ملانی کلاین، دونالد وینیکات و اریک برن برای درک این واژه کمک گرفتیم و نگاهی داشتیم به مقالهی «چرا ترک کردن یک رابطهی بد برای ما دشوار است؟» به قلم ریحانه معصومی علاء که توی مجلهی روانشناسی تداعی به چاپ رسیده</p>
