第七集：拳 編導：陳健朗 阿孝曾是拳擊界的新星，獲獎無數。 他的教練，也是他的父親海叔。海叔一直經營舊派拳館，時移世易，老拳館難敵新派健身室，學拳人數江河日下。父親將所有希望壓在阿孝身上，望他能為拳館再振聲威。可是，父親的嚴苛訓練，卻成為他的壓力重擔，阿孝更因此而染上毒癮，狀態每況愈下。 父親粗暴式迫使阿孝戒毒，最终並沒有成功，父子間的關係更進一步決裂。孝出走，流落街頭，過著露宿者的生活。最後，有幸遇上「朋輩輔導員」阿偉，他以過來人的身分盡心盡力去幫助阿孝，更讓兩父子之間的心結得以解開。
