[…] I mean, you were really a pioneer and a legend, and a lot of people really credit their success to you. Tell me about those days back in the day when you were running Griffin companies. Well, it was interesting times and it was a time when the population in the city was growing. Housing was in demand and we specialized in apartments and as we went on, we decided to get a little bit more involved in partnerships. And at that time, I took a partner, Bob Dunbar. And he was my partner then for the next 20 years. And we ended up starting up with limited partnerships, buying properties.
