Two book lovers with big opinions have unfiltered and unedited conversations about the titles people like us read. Tune in bi-weekly with Laura and Allison.
Book Club: From Here to the Great Unknown by Lisa Marie Presley & Riley Keough
This month, Laura & Allison are taking a deep dive on Lisa Marie Presley. Allison loves a memoir and Laura loves Elvis (Presley & her cat), so this pick was a recipe for a good book club. This episode is spoiler free for the first 25 minutes! PS: Don't hate Allison for her HP Hot Takes. That's all she asks.

Half & Yap: All the Colors of the Dark by Chris Whitaker (Part 2)
Allison & Laura (finally) finished All the Colors of the Dark by Chris Whitaker and were not disappointed, to say the very least. A very wise Allison once stated, “This is the next Demon,” only 20 pages into this story. Neither Allison nor Laura disagree with Allison’s former self. This book broke their hearts a handful of times, then restored them. Listen to them gab in excruciating detail on this episode. No spoilers for the first 20!
