"Take a pill. Make the pain go away. There is a price we pay for that." with Uria Tsur

#podcast: PERSPECTIVE OF THE MIND #episode: 11, season 1 🔔 I would really appreciate it, guys, if you subscribe to the Channel and give a like to the Episode. In return, I promise to keep bringing inspiring people and conversation to your attention. 🙏 Today I will introduce to you Uria Tsur - an Inspirational Artist, Leader of Vocal Freedom Workshops world wide and a Lead singer of Orot Band. 💫 This summer, during one of the toughest periods of my life, I met someone extraordinary: Uria Tsur. Looking back, it’s clear that my intuition guided me to a retreat I never would have considered before. I had never participated in such events, but something inside me told me to take the leap. That decision changed a lot. Uria created a safe space for me and others to be fully ourselves—vulnerable, honest, and free. In our conversation during the episode, we explored so many profound topics. Uria shared his wisdom on processing and releasing pain. He explained how he personally deals with negative emotions and judgment, offering insights that felt deeply practical yet profoundly spiritual. One of the biggest themes we delved into was trust—trusting life and trusting people. For those of us who have experienced betrayal, abuse, or trauma, feeling safe in the world can seem impossible. We also spoke about God, the Universe, and the intense polarity we see in the world today. Why does such duality exist? How can we navigate a world that feels so divided? A particularly moving moment was when Uria sang a song I love. He also explained the power of intuitive singing and how our voices can help us access the unconscious parts of ourselves—places where pain, healing, and transformation reside. This conversation was more than just a dialogue. It was a reminder of the beauty and depth of the human spirit. I hope it inspires you as much as it inspired me. Key moments from the Episode: 1:33 My personal story about facing difficult time and my intuition leading me to Uria's retreat 3:50 Why is there a part of ourselves that is a container of pain? 5:04 If we are on this Earth, then it is sure that we will experience pain. 7:27 What does Uria do to release and process the pain and negative emotions when he is going through tough time? 12:21 What does Uria provoke within people during the retreats, so that they can release the pain and be vulnerable and authentic? 15:42 Judgements. How to hold space for the others without judging them? 20:56 Judgements towards the others are parts of ourselves that we have not accepted fully. 24:56 Does God/Higher Intelligence exist? 25:58 If God/ Higher Intelligence exists, then why do we experience so much darkness on this planet? 30:26 Do we create our reality or is it already "written in the stars"? 36:50 How can we trust again life and people if we have been through a lot? 41:42 Urias response to the previous question almost half an year ago. 42:54 What is the connection between singing and spirituality/the deepest parts of ourselves? 46:54 What changes dose Uria typically see in people from the beginning to an end of a vocal retreat? 49:33 What kind of people/energies Uria accept in his personal life? 52:32 Uria singing a beautiful song for us 58:57 The game I play with each guest __________ Follow Uria: On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/uriatsur?igsh=MXg5NGZkdWlrdzRjZQ== Uria's website: www.uriatsur.com Follow me: On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shift_the_m...
