   S2. Ep20| Learning to let go

   I think one thing I’ve been learning lately is that not everything is in my hands. Sometimes you can want something so badly, try your best, pray about it, think about it over and over again, and it still just doesn’t happen when you want it to. And honestly, that can be frustrating. This episode is about learning to let go of that need to control everything. About accepting that maybe the timing I want isn’t necessarily the timing meant for me, and learning to be okay with that even when I don’t really like it. I’m still figuring this out myself. But maybe letting go isn’t about caring less or giving up. Maybe it’s about trusting more. And sometimes, I think we just have to let life happen. 🤍

   S2. Ep19| The Act of Performing

   It’s been almost two months. And honestly, coming back to PU wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be. This episode went through a lot before it finally became this episode. We lost the first footage, tried to recreate it, and for a while the second recording just didn’t feel as sparkly as the first one did. But somewhere in all of that, we stopped trying to make it perfect and just had a conversation. And that conversation went everywhere. We talked about “The Act of Performing” how much of what we do is really for ourselves and how much is for the people watching. We talked about fear, self-doubt, the future, dilemmas, the things we’re scared to admit, and the pressure to have everything figured out. And, of course, there was a lot of laughing, arguing, defending our answers and just being ourselves. Maybe that’s what I like most about this episode. It wasn’t perfect.    S2. EP18| Self love is a verb

   We often talk about self-love as if it's a feeling we're supposed to wake up with one day. But what if self-love isn't a feeling at all? What if it's a choice you make in the little things—setting boundaries, keeping promises to yourself, resting without guilt, forgiving yourself, and showing up even when it's hard? In this episode of Perspective Unfiltered, we're moving beyond the clichés and exploring what it actually looks like to practice self-love. Not just to believe in it, but to live it.
