<p>“ผู้ลี้ภัยในสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง” ก่อนถูกจับกุม เคยเป็นพลเมืองถูกกฎหมายในประเทศบ้านเกิด แต่ด้วยเหตุผลหลายประการทำให้มีความจำเป็นต้องย้ายออกจากประเทศ และลักลอบอยู่อาศัยในต่างแดน เนื่องจากไม่มีทั้งบัตรประจำตัวหรือหนังสือเดินทาง จึงกลายเป็นเสมือนคนผิดกฎหมายที่ภาครัฐต้องการตัว รวมไปถึงการไม่ได้รับสิทธิที่จำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิตขั้นพื้นฐานอย่างการรักษาพยาบาล อย่างไรก็ตามปัญหาของผู้ลี้ภัยไม่ได้จำกัดเพียงแค่เรื่องสัญชาติ แต่ยังรวมไปถึงปัญหาเรื่องเพศเช่นกันโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในกลุ่มสตรี</p> <p>พ็อดแคสต์ส่งเสริมสิทธิ โดยคณะกรรมาธิการวิสามัญพิทักษ์สิทธิ สภานิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในตอนนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณ ศักดิ์ดา แก้วบัวดี มาร่วมพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับการช่วยเหลือผู้ลี้ภัย และปัญหาที่ผู้ลี้ภัยต้องเผชิญ</p> <p>ดำเนินรายการโดย: พิมพร จันทร์สิงห์</p>

<p><strong>สิทธิที่จะได้รับการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ อย่างทั่วถึง เป็นสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานประการหนึ่งที่ได้รับการรับรองไว้ในปฏิญญาสากลว่าด้วยสิทธิมนุษยชน ซึ่งประชาคมโลกต่างผลักดันการปฏิรูปการศึกษาในประเทศของตน จนผลิดอกออกผล ให้เห็นได้ผ่านดัชนีชี้วัดคุณภาพของทรัพยากรมนุษย์ด้านต่าง ๆ</strong></p> <p><strong>รัฐไทยมีความพยายามปฏิรูปการศึกษามาหลายครั้ง แต่ในความรับรู้ของสังคมกลับไม่เกิดผลเชิงประจักษ์ กล่าวคือ สิทธิที่จะได้รับการศึกษาก็ยังไม่ทั่วถึง และประเด็นด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนอื่น ๆ ก็ถูกละเมิดในสถานศึกษาเสมือนเป็นเรื่องปกติ</strong></p> <p><strong>พ็อดแคสต์ส่งเสริมสิทธิ คณะกรรมาธิการวิสามัญพิทักษ์สิทธิ สภานิสิตจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในตอนนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ.อรรถพล อนันตวรสกุล อาจารย์สาขาวิชาการสอนสังคมศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์จฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มาร่วมพูดคุยเกี่ยวกับ มโนทัศน์ของการศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ของการศึกษากับสิทธิมนุษยชน บทบาทขององคาพยพทางสังคมต่อการศึกษา และสถานการณ์ด้านการศึกษาไทยในมิติต่าง ๆ</strong></p> <p><strong>ดำเนินรายการและควบคุมการผลิตโดย: ณัฐวุฒิ เพิ่มจิตร</strong></p>
