Glenn talks about his favorite white-collar criminal, Alex, a charismatic fraudster who orchestrated several elaborate insurance schemes.
Adding to his extensive legal troubles, while out on bail, Alex quietly opened the "Avant Garde Swingers Club" in Galloway Township, prompting local authorities to threaten legal action and injunctive relief for operating a commercial sex club that violated municipal ordinances.

Threats to Me
Glenn reflects on the myriad physical, professional, and verbal threats he has encountered throughout his 50-year career in criminal defense. He recounts a variety of high-stress encounters, from a gang member who falsely accused Zeitz of suborning perjury to force a mistrial, to a Jamaican client who ominously threatened to put him in 'The Gleaner', and an anxious client who secretly recorded their private office meetings.
Glenn also details retaliatory threats from the government and judiciary, including a vindictive IRS line audit, clashes with deeply prejudiced judges, and volatile fee dispute hearings with incarcerated clients. Despite the constant anxiety and danger, Glenn embraces the crucible of trial law, emphasizing that standing up to bullies and defending society's underdogs makes the inherent risks worthwhile.

Sodium Amytal in an Insanity Capital Murder Defense | Dr. Elliot Atkins
Glenn sits down with clinical and forensic psychologist Dr. Elliot Atkins to discuss his critical role in the infamous “Devil Made Me Do It” capital murder case involving a shocking daytime shooting at a Camden bar.
This episode includes an in-depth conversation with Dr. Atkins about the chilling sodium amytal—often referred to as "truth serum"—interview conducted under the guard of sheriff's officers. During this interview, the defendant's mental barriers were lowered, revealing the terrifying delusion that caused him to pull the trigger—a hallucination of his victim turning into a fire-breathing devil with horns and a tail.
Over the many years since this trial, Dr. Atkins has written about his role in this case for the American Journal of Forensic Psychology, and both he and Glenn have presented their findings nationwide.

The Devil Made Me Do It
Glenn details one of the most unique and harrowing capital murder cases of his career, involving a shocking daytime shooting of a young woman at a Camden bar and a high-stakes defense against the death penalty.
Glenn's recounting is based on many unique facts. His legal representation of the young defendant, Joey, whose life was on the line. His strategic assembly of a formidable team of psychiatric experts, including the renowned Dr. Robert Sadoff and forensic psychologist Dr. Elliot Atkins, to mount a complex defense of insanity and diminished capacity.
This episode includes the chilling interview of Joey using a sodium amytal. Conducted in a hospital under the guard of sheriff's officers, the defendant recounts the moment he hallucinated the victim turning into a fire-breathing devil with horns and a tail before he pulled the trigger.

Who REALLY Killed Jimmy Hoffa?
On the 51st anniversary of Jimmy Hoffa’s disappearance, Glenn gives his opinion on the individuals involved in the killing of Jimmy Hoffa and disposal of his body. His opinions are based on many unique facts:
His legal representation of Frank Sheeran played by Robert DeNiro in the Netflix movie “The Irishman”.
His personal friendship with Frank Sheeran over 15 years.
Over more than 40 years he has read and assembled archived records, FBI reports from his multiple mob cases, reports obtained by his own investigator of the FBI agents familiar with the Hoffa investigation, the contents of the Hoffex Memo given to him in disclosures by the Government as a defense attorney, his representation of Louis “Buttons” Bottone in his racketeering case.
His representation of Ralph Natale the subject of a book called “Last Don Standing” in a criminal case and twice before the United States Senate investigating the infiltration of the mafia and organized crime into the labor movement.
The testimony of a key figure, Charley Allen, testifying behind a screen before the Senate with his voice disguised since he was in the Federal Witness Protection program and guarded by a dozen Federal Marshalls in the building.
Over the many years he has read all of the relevant books and materials about the Hoffa disappearance before giving his opinions. Included in this podcast is the guilty plea agreement between the Government and Charley Allen where you will see and hear about a large alleged conspiracy of the mob with names from top to bottom that involve murders, arsons, dynamiting of buildings, drug dealing, and a host of other alleged acts of racketeering. Allen did not kill Hoffa. This episode explains what his role was and the roles of the others.
