Well here we are, the final episode of the season! Thank you guys SO much for listening across this season and for all of the support for the podcast. It means the world. For the final episode, let me get this bit out of the way first - my guest, Mark McCabe (yes of Maniac 2000 fame) accidentally became one of my best mates. In fact, I didn't know he was THE Mark McCabe for the first year and a half of us knowing each other (I explain this better in the episode 😂). With Maniac 2000 turning 25 years old this year, I thought Mark was the perfect person to kick off 2025 with, and finish our first season of Phone Truths with. We obviously talk about Maniac 2000 and how it accidentally became part of the Irish psyche. But I think for a lot of you who don't know Mark, this episode is such a great insight into the man who is COMPLETELY different to the Mark McCabe you might see perform on stage. He's a soft spoken, funny and kind guy....oh and he's also one of the biggest nerds you could ever meet, especially when it comes to phones! I hope you really enjoy this episode of Phone Truths with Mark McCabe.

Anna Geary
When recording this episode with Anna, the two of us sat down for what felt like 15 minutes but soon realised almost an hour had gone by. You know one of those people who you can just chat to about everything and anything. Anna is an amazing person, with some incredible stories to tell. This one gets deep after approximately 14 seconds 😂 But it was a great chat and one that I found really helpful when it came to Anna's advice and thoughts around the pressure of perfection that comes with life these days. I really hope you enjoy Anna Geary's Episode of Phone Truths.

Conor Moore
This episode felt like I was also having a chat with about 20 different global sports stars! Conor Moore is an incredible talent, and someone who has worked with some of the BIGGEST sports stars in the world. But as you'll hear from the episode, that hasn't changed the fact that he is one of the most down to earth, humble lads you could meet. I loved this chat with Conor (and everyone else who ended up in the room 😂), and I really hope you enjoy this episode of Phone Truths.

Donncha O'Callaghan
Well come on, I had to have Donners on the podcast! This week I caught up with one of my greatest friends, my former colleague and all round pain in the arse Donncha O’Callaghan. We kick things off by catching up about a secret bet we had with each other at Doireann’s wedding! We obviously chat about his brand new book 'Disaster Dad', he tells us about one particularly special team mate, and we also clear the air on some behind the scenes beef! Donncha is honestly one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, so to get to sit down and have 50 minutes in a room with him is always heaven. I really hope you enjoy our catch up!

Eric Roberts
Eric Roberts is someone who I've wanted to chat to for so long. We've briefly met on a couple of occasions, but never long enough for a good catch up. So that's pretty much what you're going to hear in today's episode 😂 The way in which his online career took off during lockdown was life changing, and in today's episode we hear about how Eric's life went from working as an SNA in Donegal, to rubbing shoulders with top celebs and traveling the world. There was even an appearance on Netflix thrown in for good measure. Eric is not only gas, he's also a gentleman and you'll get to hear that from the get go in this episode. I really hope you enjoy this one.

Arthur Gourounlian
I'm not gonna lie lads, this one is a rollercoaster! This week's guest is Arthur Gourounlian and WHAT a chat it was. He has lived the most incredible life, and I know you'll all go from laughing, to having your jaw on the floor, to shedding the odd tear in this episode. And yes, before anyone asks, we also get into what he REALLY thought of my dance skills on Dancing With The Stars too! Arthur is a gem in every sense of the word, and I came away from this chat feeling like I was glowing. I really hope you do too.

Pippa O'Connor
For our third episode, we have someone who is one of the OGs of the Irish Instagram scene—Pippa O'Connor. I always knew this chat with Pippa was going to be unbelievably fun, and there is LOADS of that in here. But we also delved into some of the amazing stories that have shaped her into the formidable businesswoman she is today, as well as how she has dealt with personal loss, business setbacks, and trying to juggle her business ventures while being a mam at the same time. This was a brilliant chat, and I hope you really enjoy it.

Baz Ashmawy
Ok full disclosure, I had a bit of a fanboy moment recording today's episode. Our guest on Phone Truths this week is Baz Ashmawy. He's someone who's work I've always loved, and to be honest he's one of the main people I've looked up to from a career perspective for years. So to get to chat to him on today's episode was such a joy. This one goes from deep Dad chats, to a phone call that changed everything for Baz, to sleeping on pool tables whilst waiting to be saved by the Swiss. This was such a great chat with one of the good guys. I hope you love listening to Baz as much as I did.

Doireann Garrihy
Our very first episode of Phone Truths, here we go! And to kick it all off, I'm reunited with my pal Doireann Garrihy. We (obviously) chat about her upcoming wedding, and get into the highs and lows of life in the public eye. We also hear about what goes on in her Sister's WhatsApp group, and her incredibly lucky escape. Thank you so much to Doireann for being my very first guest and for sharing her phone truths, I hope you love today's episode.
