[…] Hear me out, none of those are bad ideas. Some of them are actually really good ideas and good revenue streams for your practice. But hear me when I say this, they don't all have to happen on opening day. I think sometimes physicians build their practices on opening day to look like what they maybe hope for three years or four or five years from now. And those are two different things. Your opening day practice needs to do a couple things. It needs to allow you to safely take care of patients, provide a great experience, generate revenue, and operate efficiently. That's the goal. Once you get that down, in addition to all of the HR and staffing and all those things, then you can build from there. […]
