Going from bridal pro to bride myself was a whole new experience—one that came with its own set of lessons, challenges, and moments of pure magic. In this episode, I’m sharing what I learned from my own wedding, from the little details that made a huge difference to the struggles that shaped my day in ways I never expected.
I am talking about the power of a first look, why touring your hotel matters, the enemy of comparison, and the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people, and so much more. These insights that I share will help you approach the wedding experience with more clarity, gratitude, and confidence.
Tune in for the real, raw, and unfiltered lessons I’m taking with me—and passing along to you.

In this episode, I lay down all of the mistakes that I have made as a business owner and how it affected the business, my team, and my mental health, but also what I've learned from those mistakes and how I will be moving forward and rising above in 2024!

FOR BRIDAL BEAUTY PROS: Can We Stop Being Penny Wise and Dollar Stupid?!
I know.... I know.... The title is harsh, but I promise the content is RICH! In this first guest feature episode, we are joined with CEO and Owner of Mar&Co Beauty, Marianna Vigliotti! In this episode, we unpack:
What a team actually is and what our team structures look like
The benefits of exclusivity and why it works for us
Why it's so frustrating to debate commission payouts
How to decide the commission structure that works for you and your team
Why a freelancer can't get 100% of what the business charges to the client while being part of a hair and makeup team
The difference between a small picture mindset and a big picture mindset in the freelance world
This one is spicy, but you'll walk away being better prepared to start your team if you are an aspiring hair and makeup team leader, or you'll walk away with a better understanding and appreciation for the back end of the business if you are a freelancer. Either way, this episode is a heavy hitter and we are so excited to start some PRODUCTIVE dialogue around the topic!
