[…] Oh, yeah, absolutely. You have to drill it. You have to learn the basics. You have to drill the basics. But you do have to use it regularly when you're uncomfortable. So expect for a month or maybe two that it's not going to be good. I mean, a minimum two to four weeks, I would say. Yeah. I was going to say three months is when it starts showing up for me, but I'm different. That's just the minimum that it's going to feel uncomfortable. After that, the more you use it, the more comfortable you get. And when you start using it without thinking, that's when you know you're getting somewhere. And I've gotten to the point where I'm thinking about the decisions. […]
