Picture Perfect-ish is my corner of the internet where I take everything I’ve learned as a photographer, small business owner, mom, & professional chaos navigator - & turn it into quick, real-life photog advice. You’ll get tips I tell my clients: what to wear, how to prep, how sessions actually work, and how to feel confident in front of the camera. Whether you are a family, a senior, a couple, or a small business owner, this is the practical, honest, slightly unhinged guide to getting photos you love…without trying to be perfect. Ep. 4 Dismantling Myths Mini Series: My Home is Not Good for Lifestyle Newborn Photos
This week I'm starting a mini series - Dismantling Myths.
In this series I will dispel the most common myths I hear when it comes to photos. This week I'll be addressing something I hear SO MUCH when it comes to Lifestyle Newborn photos - "My home is not good for photos", or it's close second counterpart - "I can not clean my whole house postpartum". Let's get into these feelings and break down why both are either not true or not necessary.

Ep. 3 Vision Board for 2026 with Dallas
This week I dove into my 2026 vision board. This is my accountability to continue striving towards the goals and progress I have set out for myself.
On another note, this week I figured out how to record on my good camera (yay!). But I’m still working out the sound. You will definitely hear my baby throwing toys down the hallway and it sounds like the house is being torn down. Live and learn. 😂
