Memorial Podcast – Graham “Davo” Davidson
Today we honour the life and legacy of Graham “Davo” Davidson, one of the true icons of the SCF and a man whose passion for racing pigeons shaped generations of flyers across New South Wales and beyond. Known simply as “Davo” to almost everyone in the sport, he was a flyer of immense knowledge, humility, and dedication — the kind of pigeon man whose influence will be felt long after his passing.
In tribute to him, we are re‑sharing this special interview recorded on Pigeon Radio Australia on Tuesday, 13 January 2015. In this conversation, Davo speaks openly about his racing career, his methods, his love for the birds, and the deep commitment he carried for the sport. It captures his voice, his personality, and the wisdom that made him a respected figure throughout the pigeon community.
