The 2026 Formula 1 season is here — and Pitwall Girls is starting the year with a big announcement.
Darlene is joined by new co-host Ashley, and together we’re kicking off the season breaking down everything that went down at the Australian Grand Prix.
From Max somehow clawing his way back into the points after starting last, to Charles’ frustration with Mercedes’ performance, to the new regulations already changing race strategy — the grid is delivering drama from the very first race.
We also talk rookies to watch, unexpected moments from the race weekend, and the inside stories we’ve picked up from Monaco and Zandvoort.
And because this is Pitwall Girls… we’re also talking about the fangirl side of F1 — the fashion, the culture, and the hilarious questions from people who still don’t understand the obsession.
If you're new to Formula One or a lifelong fan, this episode is your perfect kickoff to the 2026 season.
Welcome Ashley. Welcome to the chaos. Let’s go racing.

IMOLA GP RECAP 2024
This week Darlene & Nako recap the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, which was honestly a bit of snooze fest until the last 10 laps of the race. We blinked and were suddenly treated to a bit of last minute action on track as Lando fought to catch up with Verstappen and almost became Lando Two Wins. Join us as we speculate the impact of recent car upgrades and get excited about Lando and Mclaren’s prospects for the rest of the year.
Off track, we catch up on the news and play a bit of Guess the Grid as we try to figure out where we’ll see all the drivers in 2025 and beyond. Where will Carlos Sainz go? Will we see Verstappen wearing different colors next year? Let us know what you think in the comments or on social media!
