Sports betting for the 95% of us who aren’t making a living doing it. I’ve been betting on sports for more than 30 years. I actually wager less money today than I did when I was younger—and I’ve never had more fun doing it. That’s what this show is about. Every day on 300 Seconds of Action, I make 10 wagers in 5 minutes. Each bet is $10, so I put $100 into action every day. That’s $36,500 worth of wagers over a full year, but because of bankroll management and recycling wins, it only takes a couple hundred bucks to play along at my level. Will following this show make you rich? Nope. But if you love having a little action on a baseball game you otherwise wouldn’t watch, discovering a random tennis player you’ve never heard of, sweating a WNBA total on a Tuesday night, or suddenly caring deeply about a cricket match halfway around the world—this show might be for you. I’m not a professional bettor, high roller, tout selling “locks,” or someone pretending to have inside information. I’m a regular sports bettor from the Midwest who has somehow survived 30+ years of this hobby. There have been some great runs and some ugly ones. That’s sports betting. The goal here isn't to sell you on yesterday's record. It's to manage the bankroll, keep the wagers affordable, never chase, learn along the way, and make watching sports more entertaining.
