P'nimiyut פנימיות — The Inner Life
A podcast for women who want their spiritual life to be real; rooted in Torah and honest about modern life.
Each episode is a teaching or a conversation on the inner life: desire, fear, faith, the words we speak, the choices we make, and the slow work of return. Drawing from Kabbalah and Chassidut alongside modern psychology, the podcast holds the questions women actually live with — and answers them with depth.
P'nimiyut is taught and hosted by Sarah Leah Melissa Sarramalho — not an expert, but a student who shares what she learns.
Beyond the podcast, P'nimiyut is a growing world of learning for women:
— Returning to Her: a signature course on the feminine soul in Torah
— Guided meditations: practices for living what you learn
— The 40-Day Journal: a daily practice of return, in print
— 1:1 spiritual guidance: personal sessions for women who want to go deeper.

May your listening bear fruit in your life. With blessings, Sarah Leah
Yom Kippur is not one day, it is five gates. In this episode, Sarah Leah walks the arc from Kol Nidrei to Neilah: why the holiest night of the year opens with broken promises, why the High Priest left his gold outside the Holy of Holies, what the scapegoat teaches about the thing you cannot fix, and why the soul is most awake at the very hour the body is weakest. Drawing on the Baal Shem Tov and the teachings of Rav Yitzchak Ginsburgh. Includes a simple two-slip practice you can do before the fast begins.

Rosh Hashanah: The Shofar, the King and a New Beginning
Rosh Hashanah is more than the beginning of a calendar year, it is the spiritual “head” of the entire year to come. In this gentle reflection, we explore the practice of crowning G-d as King, praying honestly for the blessings we need, and allowing the shofar to awaken the deepest part of the soul.
You’ll be guided to move beyond analysis and into presence: to hear the whole cry, the brokenness, the longing, and the possibility of renewal held within the sounds of the shofar. A meaningful five-minute pause to set your intention for a sweet, aligned, and hope-filled year.

Ani L’Dodi: Elul, Return, and the Love That Waits
As Elul begins, we enter a month of reflection, repair, and return. But hidden inside the month’s name is a verse from Shir HaShirim that changes the feeling of the entire season:
Ani l’dodi v’dodi li: “I am to my beloved, and my beloved is to me.”
In this episode, we explore Elul as a return rooted in relationship. What does it mean that we take the first step? How does Elul differ from Nisan, when redemption begins from Above? And what becomes possible when prayer comes from honesty, closeness, and the knowledge that we are already loved?
A short reflection on teshuvah, devotion, the King in the field, and finding your way back to what matters.
