What would you tell the younger version of you if you had the chance to speak to them today?
In this episode of Reflection, we look back on the experiences, choices, mistakes, and lessons that have shaped who we are today. Through Ecclesiastes 3:1, we are reminded that there is a time and season for everything. You may not have understood everything you went through back then, but with time comes growth, wisdom, and a different perspective.

We all have things we keep to ourselves—unresolved feelings, hidden struggles, mistakes, and truths we may not be ready to confront. But what we avoid addressing can quietly shape our decisions, relationships, and the person we are becoming. This episode explores the importance of self-honesty, personal accountability, and the courage to bring what is hidden into the light. Through Psalm 139:23–24, we are reminded to invite God into the parts of our lives we often overlook, allowing Him to reveal what needs healing, correction, and change. Sometimes, growth begins when we stop avoiding the truth and become willing to face it.
