This month, I’m sharing what I know so far from my experiences on how to connect with your spirit guides. I’m an intuitive Akashic Records reader who helps you to know who you truly are at the soul level. Creating this connection opens you to your intuition and more. More information about the first two Akashic Records readings mentioned in this podcast: – Soul Star Reading» (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/soul-star-akashic-reading/) Spirit Guide Reading» (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/spirit-guide-reading/) You can also follow this podcast at my Soul Intelligence Publication on Substack (https://substack.com/@sarahlawrenceakashic). Spirit Guides are Souls, just like us So let’s get started. When I talk about connecting with spirit guides, I’m referring to other souls just like you and me. There are, of course, other types of guides. I’ll begin with the guides that we have also been ourselves to other incarnated people in other lives. The main guides that we experience when we are incarnated. These are called our innercircleguides. To keep me on track and to help you with context when we delve into big spiritual subjects like spirit guides, for example, I review the chosen subject through my SHINE model. SHINE S is for soul level information, H for our human design chart, I for our intuition, our higher self, N for NLP, neuro-linguistic programming, and language work, and E for energetics, which covers everything else in between, from chakras to electromagnetic fields. Soul-Level Information About Spirit Guide Connection So let’s get into spirit guides, starting with understanding them with the S in Shine, Soul Level Information. There are many types of guides, loved ones, teacher guides, ascended masters – even star beings. But let’s start with the basics, your inner circle guides, who are your personal spiritual guides, who have been with you for a large part of your life. Our inner circle spirit guides are souls currently not incarnated. We are incarnated, and in the body, so we can speak the human language. Inner circle guides have lived on Earth before, but currently don’t have a body, so we need to connect with them through the language of energy. We exist in the third dimension, they exist in the fifth dimension, and we communicate by bridging the gap in between, the fourth dimension. So how do we bridge this gap through the fourth dimension to connect with our inner circle spirit guides from where we are in 3D to their location in 5D? JOIN THE WAITLIST for my Akashic Tarot Course – Awakening The Higher Self: Sacred Geometry and the Akashic Tarot Includes: – How to get the most out of a 3-card reading. The energy of the records is part of the energetic system of incarnation. We all have a soul blueprint, which is like our cloud or URL of the soul. When we learn about our own soul group and divine soul blueprint, we’re making our first connection between 3D and 5D. Once we do that, we can begin to relate to our inner circle spirit guides because they also have a soul group and a divine soul blueprint, maybe even have incarnated with us before. Once people have begun to connect with their guides, it’s possible for me to intuit how many inner circle guides you have and the best ways to connect with them. Most people have between four to six spirit guides in their inner circle. Once you’ve worked on your own Akashic records a little bit, you will begin to bridge that gap between the third and fifth dimension, because you are repeatedly doing so. It’s like building a muscle. Then you’re making connections with your inner circle spirit guides. Of course, you are in a body, and your inner circle guides aren’t. But during a spirit guide reading, I can connect you with them through the energetic information relating to their divine soul blueprint and soul groups, and also share their names and other characteristics with you. It’s like making an introduction to a new friend at a dinner party. I also channel pictures of them so that you can use them to reconnect with your guides later. People find the pictures very powerful. 4-6 Inner Circle Guides – The First Spirit Guide Connection As I mentioned before, most people have between four to six inner circle guides. The first guide is your guardian guide who has been with you since birth. The others join in throughout your younger life. Begin to think of them as other people, just like you, with life experiences and stories to share. Often, people recognize their inner circle guides from intuitive experiences they have had in the past or even a familiar feeling of connection. It’s very validating. So how do we stay connected with our inner circle guides after we’ve made contact? It’s a lot like other types of friendships, really. Make a habit of chatting with your guides, connecting with them, thinking about them, and sharing information. Staying Connected One reason people don’t maintain successful connections with their guides is because they don’t repeat the process of connection. Another is that they only think of guide connection when they’re having a hard time. Imagine how a friend would feel if you did that all the time. To get firmly connected, you can also chat regularly with your guides, write to them in a journal, and even communicate through things like tarot cards. Once you start connecting regularly, you’ll start getting more regular messages back, either as words in your mind, energy in your body, or sometimes signs in your environment. Before we move on to the H for Human Design in Shine, also begin to think of your inner circle guides as guides who have chosen to help you without incurring karma for themselves or for you. So they don’t tell you what to do next or reveal information – which as a soul you need to learn on your journey because that would be karmic. They are here to guide. That’s why they’re called guides. You get to choose what to do next through your own free will. H – Your Guides and Human Design Let’s move on to the H in Shine, and the concept of spirit guides through mind and body communication through our human design chart. When guides connect with you, remember they are reaching down from 5D, and you are reaching up from 3D and connecting through your mind, the mental body, emotions, how you feel, even your chakras – and the electromagnetic field that you generate in 4D that surrounds your body. Edgar Cayce, a well-known Akashic reader, used to call 4D therealmofideas. Sometimes people’s guides will say to me that they are connecting to a client through a specific chakra or even a human design gate. When I explain the physical sensations, thoughts or emotional reactions that a guide impulsesor sends to a client, people can really identify with it. And realize that they’ve been accessing and working with their guides all along. Through Human Design, the gate is also imprinted by the energy of a planet and astrological sign. So this can also help a client understand the nature or flavor of messages they may already be getting from a guide. This can be very validating. Spirit Guide Connection and I for Intuition, or the Higher Self Now, let’s consider the concept of spirit guides and intuition. To me, intuition is an aspect of our higher self, that connection we have between our own soul and our body. That’s one of the primary ways that aha moments or downloads come in, often through our crown chakras at the top of the head. When it comes to spirit guides, they might be directing a download for you to unpack through your higher self, the crown chakra, which also connects to the soul star or eighth chakra above the head. Or they could be talking to you, and you hear a message in your left ear, either in your own voice, called the Third Language, or their voice, directing you through synchronicity, through a sign, symbol, or something you notice that is unusual. If you are strong in a particular clair, such as clairaudience, you’ll likely hear more words, or through clairvoyance, you’ll receive more visions. NLP, Language Work and your Guides Language work and NLP, or Neuro Linguistic Programming, is all about getting really clear and conscious with the language we use or the magic of spelling. When you connect with your inner circle spirit guides, you might like to try experimenting with words and synchronicity, especially if you have a guide with the divine energy center of communication, for example. If you’re beginning your spirit guide journey, then of course you might stumble up against beliefs or ideas that prevent you making a clear connection with your guides. This is only natural. Often, regular fears, beliefs or blocks clients have around Guide connection relate to thinking that they can’t do it or that they’re doing it wrong somehow. Really, you’re not that special. What I mean is we can all learn to connect with our guides, and it’s extremely common to have fears and blocks around the activity of doing so. So you’re not the only one if you feel that way. These can be worked through and cleared with practice. Working with affirmations is one way to help clear false beliefs you might have been programmed with around guide work, for example. Your Spirit Guides and Energetics Lastly, we come onto the E in Shine for Energetics. Since guides are pure energy, how we can connect with guides relates to this subject. When I work with clients and help them connect with their inner circle guides, I let them know how each guide in the inner circle connects with them through something called Impulsing, which simply means what type of energy is being used to connect. Some guides connect through specific chakras, others through voice, often in the left ear, or a tingle at the back of the neck, even just a sense of someone being present. With guide connection work, it’s important to remind ourselves that we exist in a field of energy, and in fact, an entire field of souls. Just because we can’t see our inner circle soul group, it doesn’t mean that we have a lack of connection. Knowing how they impulse you can be enormously helpful, since you can also figure out which guide is working with you at what time as well. It’s fascinating and empowering stuff. Blog Resource: Discover New Ways to Begin Connecting With Your Spirit Guides (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/connect-spirit-guides/) Thanks for listening I hope you’ve enjoyed this podcast about Spirit Guide Connection, maybe even learned something new about Spirit Guides that you didn’t know before. If you’d like to get to work on Spirit Guide Connection, I always suggest a reading flow for clients of working with your own Akashic Records first, through the Soul Star Reading, and then connecting with your spirit guides next through the Spirit Guide Reading. With the Soul Star Reading, you’ll learn to open a portal to your own Akashic records. Once you understand your soul blueprint and soul group, you’ll be able to relate to your spirit guides more easily as you learn their blueprints and groups through the spirit guide reading, and then how they can best guide you in this life. If you’d like to go deeper into spirit guide work over time, then you can learn to connect with your master guides who help you with bigger life themes such as karma, timing, and life lessons. If you’d rather start by hearing messages from your guides first, then my Akashic Journey reading is the way to go to get started with all of this. So that’s it for this month. Welcome to my SHINE podcast for August, 2026. This month, I’m talking about life lessons from the perspective of your Akashic records. If you’re new to this podcast, I’m an intuitive reader who creates a clear frame of reference to help you make decisions by understanding who you truly are at the soul level and how to connect your soul purpose with your human design life purpose. Through my work, you can also experience a deeper understanding of self, align more fully with who you are at the soul level, and bring that energy into your everyday life for greater self-awareness, clarity, and fulfilment. I also teach Akashic Records work (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/learn-read-your-akashic-records-coaching/) and how to grow the connection to your intuition, also known as your higher self. This month in my Shine podcast, we’re looking at life lessons, something that can be intuited through your Akashic Records. View The Life Lessons Podcast https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14D3f73GvSY&t=16s The Akashic Records – Your Soul-level Information Cloud I like to think of the Akashic Records as your soul-level cloud or website. The Records hold information about your soul and the energetic patterns that help you understand your life at a deeper level. In this podcast, I look at life lessons through 5 different frames or layers of awareness, creating an acronym I call SHINE. S is for Soul Level Awareness, the Akashic Records, and Past Lives. H is for Human Design. I is for Intuition. N is for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Language Work. E is for Energetics, anything to do with your energy. Put them all together, and you have a way to shine. What Are Life Lessons? First of all, to work at the Soul level of Shine, let’s set a definition for life lessons. Think of life lessons as themes that run through your life. I use the term life lessons because the word lessons is something we all understand from our experiences at school. But these aren’t lessons in the traditional sense of being tested or graded. From an Akashic perspective, Life Lessons are chosen by the soul before incarnation. There can be three main reasons for this. Firstly, a life lesson may relate to a pattern that your soul wants to clear from a past life. Secondly, and equally, a life lesson can relate to the life situations and circumstances of your present life. And thirdly, your Soul may be interested in working through Genetic Karma using the lens of a particular life lesson. Genetic karma is connected with our ancestral heritage, the patterns and energy that can be carried through our family line. So you can see how Life Lessons can run through our lives almost like an energetic thread. So how do Life Lessons work, exactly? When I read your Akashic Records through your Divine Soul Blueprint, which is the essence of who you are at the soul level, I look for your personal Life Lessons. There is a Primary Life Lesson to be found, along with between three and six Secondary Life Lessons, depending on what your Soul has chosen for this lifetime. These life lessons can relate to up to 11 different life areas. Some examples of life areas are career, Health and wellness, and relationships. Some life lessons may be active in your life from day one. Others may be sparked by a particular life situation or circumstance. And sometimes a life lesson can be activated by a karmic pattern that is asking to be cleared. You’ll often know when a karmic pattern is being activated because you notice something repeating in your life. Noticing Repeating Patterns You might find yourself experiencing similar situations again and again. Or feeling as though something almost just out of reach is holding you back. But for this podcast, let’s come back to life lessons. So by now, you’re probably wondering which Life Lessons you might have. I can intuit your life lessons from your Divine Soul Blueprint (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/soul-star-akashic-reading/), that cloud or URL of soul energy that’s accessible through your Akashic Records. Discovering your life lessons, especially your primary life lesson, can be a real head-slap moment. It’s very helpful and validating to learn because it can put so much of your present life experiences into a whole new perspective. Life Lessons Podcast: Human Design May Show Us Life Lessons Sometimes life lessons show themselves very clearly in your Human Design chart. This is a representation of your aura using ancient and modern measurement tools, such as the Hindu chakra system and the Chinese I Ching prediction system. Recently, I started work as a specialist on something new called the Success Codex, which looks at some astrological aspects of your personality plus the main aspects of your personality through Human Design. Sometimes the life lessons show themselves energetically in the Success Codex chart, too. At other times, the actual words of the life lessons come up. I find this so fascinating as a reader that information I channel also shows up in a chart. Amazing validation! (See story below). (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my) Human Design + (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my)How The Success Codex Changed My Experience of Life Lessons (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my) (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my) In 2024, I found myself studying my energy in a whole new way. I’m definitely a student of the new. This partly comes from my Divine Soul Blueprint, where my primary Energy Center is Divine Communication – an aspect of this energy is being the eternal student! (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my) Read the full story over at Soul Intelligence on Substack (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my) (https://sarahlawrenceakashic.substack.com/p/how-the-success-codex-changed-my) Life Lessons Podcast: Example of Life Lessons Through A Famous Person Let’s look at life lessons through Human Design and the Success Codex now. It’s always helpful to have an example to relate to when we’re contemplating a spiritual concept like life lessons. This month, I’ve chosen Gary Moore, who is a famous guitarist. If you don’t know who he was, check him out on YouTube. Search for Gary Moore, The Messiah Will Come Again, and you’ll get a sense of his incredible expertise and passion. Of course, we’re not all Gary Moores. We’re all designed to be uniquely ourselves. But looking at his life lessons and his Human Design Life Purpose in relation to his career gives us a really interesting example. Life Lessons Podcast: Lessons Are Like A Slide Rule And do remember that Life Lessons are a little bit like a slide rule. If you have the Primary Life Lesson of Abundance, for example, you might experience financial abundance and have plenty of resources in your life. But equally, you might find that you struggle with abundance throughout your life. The soul is interested in experiencing the Life Lesson. It doesn’t judge the experience in the way we humans tend to. And who knows, if you struggle with a particular life lesson, perhaps there is a karmic pattern getting in the way of fully experiencing it. So, back to Gary Moore’s life lessons. His primary life lesson was Peace, which, looking at his life history, was something he struggled to find. His secondary life lessons were Ease, Abundance, and Openness. He may have felt most at peace when he was playing and working with music. He did experience financial abundance through his work over time, although sometimes that abundance became out of balance. Gary Moore’s Life Purpose His soul’s intention was simply to experience ease or not, abundance or not, openness or not. He famously fell out with fellow musicians, sometimes fell back in with them again, and had an eventful personal life. Through Human Design, his life purpose is that of Endeavor. And interestingly, it’s 11.11 on the clock as I’m recording these notes for the podcast. He was totally focused on his musical career throughout his life, and the level of skill he achieved on the guitar was a true endeavor. As a young man, he even stretched out the tendons on his left hand so that he could play the guitar right-handed. He was naturally left-handed. Now that’s definitely an endeavor. Through his Success Codex chart, I can see that he regulated his emotions through creativity. Maybe that gave him some peace. His Superpower was Sharing, and his North Node or Purpose was to live through his Passion. His guiding light from the Success Codex™ was to cultivate his Wisdom. As with many people’s lifetimes, he worked through some of his life lessons, but didn’t necessarily work through all of the potential within each lesson. And again, the Soul doesn’t judge this. It simply experiences. Life Lessons Podcast: You May Recognize Your Life Lessons Now let’s consider recognizing your own life lessons through your intuition, the I in the SHINE model. When clients hear their life lessons, they often intuitively start to connect the dots with where and when particular life lessons have been activated in their lives. There is often an immediate recognition of the theme when the Life Lesson is named. With intimate relationships, one of our Primary or Secondary life lessons may be activated. Or there may even be a separate life lesson connected specifically with that relationship. Perhaps attracted through a karmic pattern from a past life or through choices and decisions made in the present life. As I mentioned earlier, the soul is neutral about what is experienced through a life lesson. We have free will, and we take action based on the decisions we make. The soul can’t predict exactly what we’re going to do with that free will. It can choose to incarnate to have certain experiences, but it doesn’t judge the outcome. Expectations are a very human trait. NLP™, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Language Now let’s go to the N in the SHINE model, which is working with NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the language we use related to life lessons. When I work with a client during the sole purpose reading for the primary life lesson, or the life lessons reading, we delve into the various word definitions of the life lessons in question. Often, this brings deeper enlightenment as a client finds different ways to relate to a life lesson through this approach. It’s also helpful to imagine your life as a timeline and contemplate life situations through the lens of a particular life lesson. This can also bring about deeper understanding. I also suggest finding a quote or affirmation you like with the specific name of the life lesson in the quote or affirmation to help you align with the positive potentials of that particular life lesson. Life Lessons Podcast: Energetics, Love and Relationships Now let’s look at the E in the SHINE model, Energetics, with a focus on love and relationships. When I give my Relationship Reading (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/relationship-readings/), sometimes clients will discover how present-day life lessons connect with that relationship because it will confirm difficult dynamics or growth patterns that clients are going through in their present life. Relationships that are over may also be a part of this life lesson, so it’s good to review your past relationships too. Sometimes two souls have shared other lifetimes, and there may be karmic patterns still playing out, which is why they’ve been magnetically drawn together during this lifetime. Karma is like a catalyst, and it keeps offering a soul the same patterns over and over until they’re resolved. Do we ever complete Life Lessons? When we work on spiritual aspects of ourselves, it’s easy to apply human values to spiritual values because that’s what we know and experience here in this dimension. So when we hear about a life lesson, we wonder if we’re going to get a good completion score or how we can do better. Life lessons aren’t an exam, though. They are vibrational themes to help us grow. We can choose to grow a lot or a little in this lifetime or the next. Perhaps a good metaphor is thinking about life lessons as different rooms off a long corridor. We can choose to spend more time in one room than another, and it’s okay to do so. But if you want to get more conscious about it, then at least knowing the available rooms, or life lessons to work on, is a really good start. Life Lesson Readings I hope that after listening this far, you’re beginning to think about life lessons in a whole new way. I offer four different types of readings that relate to your life lessons. If you’re new to my work at momonaspiritualjourney.com, I recommend beginning with the Soul Star reading (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/soul-star-akashic-reading/). This introduces you to your divine soul blueprint, the nature of who you are at the Soul level, your soul group or star seed group, and how to clear a karmic pattern from a past life. The Soul Purpose Reading (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/soul-purpose-readings/), which follows on from that, introduces you to your Primary life lesson, its completeness, and which life areas are currently activated and how. You’ll also learn more about a soul characteristic and your higher self connection through the Soul Purpose Reading. If you’ve already had your Soul Star Reading and want to go deeper into life lessons, then the Life Lessons Reading (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/life-lessons-reading/) looks at all of your soul-level life lessons. We can explore their completeness, life area activation, and even the reflections of those life lessons through your Human Design and Success Codex charts. And if life lessons through relationships resonate with you, you can have a Relationship Reading through the Akashic Records (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/relationship-readings/). This can be connected to a partner, family member, friend, or even a work colleague as long as you know their birth data. Next month, I’ll be talking about connections with Spirit Guides through the SHINE model. Lots of light. Thanks for listening, and see you next time. Last month’s Podcast: Shine through Synchronicity (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/how-synchronicity-works-as-a-quiet-river-of-energy-podcast/) Learn More About The Akashic Records Readings I Offer One way to grow your psychic ability is to begin to work with your Akashic Records. Synchronicity is defined in the dictionary as events that appear to an observer as connected in some significant way. A classic example of synchronicity was related by the psychologist Carl Jung, who invented the word when he experienced it. Working with a client, he was hoping for an ‘unexpected and irrational event’ to break through her defenses. As she described a dream about a golden scarab beetle as jewelry, there was a tapping at the window; Jung opened it and caught a scarab beetle, whose golden-green color closely resembled that of the beetle in her dream. We can often find that synchronous events like this bring us strongly into the present moment. This is one of the ways that synchronicity can help us on the spiritual journey. Resource: Blog Insight Post – Synchronicity In The New Age (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/synchronicity-in-the-new-age-2012-the-shift-ascension-mom-on-a-spiritual-journey/) How Synchronicity Works Through Five Mystical Approaches In this podcast, we’re going to use my SHINE Model to explore synchronicity on a much deeper level. SHINE is an acronym that takes us through five energetic levels of awareness. It also reflects the different systems and approaches I use in my readings, coaching, and classes. Together, they give us a framework for understanding not only synchronicity, but also ourselves. The S in SHINE stands for Soul-level awareness. This is the realm of the fifth dimension, the Akashic Records, Spirit Guides, and our deeper soul connection. It’s where we begin to see life from a much bigger perspective. The H stands for Human Design. Human Design is a map of your energy. As I always heard Richard Bandler say in another context, the map is not the territory (our Human Design Chart is not us!). The chart is not here to tell you what to do with your life. Instead, it helps you understand how your aura naturally operates, so you can live more authentically in your own energy and make choices that are aligned with who you really are. The I stands for Intuition. This is about strengthening your connection with your Higher Self. I often describe it as expanding the relationship between the seven chakras within the body and the eighth chakra above the head, which I work with as the Soul Star Chakra. As that connection deepens, intuition becomes clearer and more natural. The N stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP. At its heart, NLP is about understanding how our thoughts, language, and patterns influence the way we experience the world. It offers practical tools for creating positive change and personal growth. Finally, the E stands for Energetics. This is everything happening within your energy field—your aura, your emotional and mental bodies, and the energetic dynamics that influence your everyday experiences, often without you even realising it. Using these five perspectives, we’ll explore how synchronicity works, not just as a series of meaningful coincidences, but as something that can be understood on multiple levels of awareness. That gives us a much richer picture of what may really be happening when synchronicity shows up in our lives. Understanding How Synchronicity Works Synchronicity is happening all the time, whether we notice it or not. I like to think of it as a continuously flowing river of energy, carrying currents of information and energetic charges. One of the reasons synchronicity is so powerful on the spiritual journey is that it reminds us we aren’t simply a mind living inside a body. We are connected to something much greater. Those connections exist within us, through our inner world, and they extend outwards to other souls and to the living field of life itself. So, How Do We Begin To Notice Synchronicity? One way is to recognize that when we’re becoming aware of meaningful coincidences, we may also be moving into a state of greater vibrational awareness. As our awareness expands, we naturally become more open to seeing patterns, connections, and possibilities that we may have overlooked before. A moment of synchronicity can remind us of our deeper purpose. It may help us feel connected with loved ones in Spirit, offer fresh insight into a relationship or life situation, or completely transform the way we understand a particular circumstance. Sometimes a synchronicity doesn’t change what’s happening around us. Instead, it changes how we see it. And that shift in perspective can make all the difference. How Synchronicity Works Through Soul-level Awareness So, let’s look at synchronicity from the perspective of Soul-level awareness. I believe we all have what I call a Divine Soul Blueprint. One way to imagine it is as your Soul’s own cloud storage or internet site. When a Soul individuates—separates from the greater sea of consciousness—and begins the journey of incarnation, it creates a unique blueprint that holds its individual essence, along with a record of its experiences across lifetimes. That record of incarnations is what many people know as the Akashic Records. Your current life can be accessed in the Akashic Records through your present name and birth details. From there, if it’s helpful for your growth, the records may also reveal information about other lifetimes and the threads that connect them to your life today. So Where Does Synchronicity Fit With Our Divine Soul Blueprint? I’ve found that when we begin to understand aspects of our Divine Soul Blueprint—things like our Divine Energy Centers or our Soul Group—we often discover that we’ve already been living in synchronicity with them all along. We simply didn’t have the language to recognise it. Let me give you an example of how synchronicity works through our Divine Soul Blueprint. When I first discovered that I’m part of the Mintakan Soul Group, so many experiences in my life suddenly made sense. One of the gifts often associated with Mintakan Souls is the ability to perceive future potential in people, situations, and circumstances. It sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? The challenge, at least for me, was that I unconsciously projected those beautiful future possibilities onto people and assumed that was who they already were. Instead of seeing them as they were in the present moment, I was seeing who they could become. After two marriages, I realised that was a very important lesson for me (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/life-situation-readings/). Human Design and Synchronicity Let’s move on to the H in the SHINE Model: Human Design. If you’re new to Human Design, feel free to visit my website where you can request a free chart and a short introductory report (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/message-sarah-at-mom-on-a-spiritual-journey/). As an Akashic Records Reader, I see Human Design as the blueprint for your physical life—or, as I sometimes call it, your “meat suit.” Your Soul Blueprint remains the same from lifetime to lifetime, but your Human Design blueprint changes with each incarnation, reflecting the unique circumstances and lessons of this life. Your chart is created using your birth date, time, and location. One thing I always like to emphasize is that Human Design isn’t a prediction tool. It doesn’t tell you what is going to happen. Instead, it shows you how your energy naturally operates. It points you back towards the person you were before family expectations, culture, education, and conditioning layered themselves over your authentic nature. How Does Synchronicity Work With Human Design? The first example I have relates to one of the energy centres in my chart. Human Design works with nine energy centres. Seven of them will probably be familiar if you’ve studied the chakra system—the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Human Design also includes two additional centres: the G Centre, which I often think of as our inner GPS, and the Spleen Centre. Now, the physical spleen is a small organ tucked under your left rib cage. It filters blood and plays an important role in the immune system. Energetically, however, the Spleen Centre is associated with instinct, intuition in the moment, and our awareness of wellbeing and potential risks. I often describe it as being a bit like an energetic sonar, constantly scanning our environment. The Spleen Chakra Or Energy Center In Human Design People with a defined Spleen Centre often have a consistent instinctive awareness and can help others feel safe. They also tend to respond very quickly in the moment. I, on the other hand, have a completely open Spleen Centre, with no gates or channels connected to it. For years, I noticed that I seemed to react much more strongly to medications than other people. I learned the hard way that I usually need to begin with half the recommended dose. I’m the woman who was practically floating around for three days after taking a Midol! When I later studied Human Design, I discovered that heightened sensitivity to pharmaceuticals is something many people with an open Spleen Centre report. Looking back, that felt like another synchronicity. I’d been living that pattern for years before I ever had a Human Design chart to explain it. Channels, Gates, Planetary Transits and Guinea Pigs The second example involves one of my channels. I have the Channel 35–36, connecting Gate 35 in the Throat Centre with Gate 36 in the Solar Plexus. In traditional Human Design it’s called the Channel of Transitoriness, although in the Success Codex model it’s known as the Channel of Experience. Personally, I much prefer the second name. One characteristic of this channel is that it can bring a desire for new experiences. If we’re not aware of that energy, it can sometimes show up as impulsiveness. One day I wandered into a pet store and found myself seriously considering buying two hairless guinea pigs. They were incredibly cute. Then I caught myself thinking, “This really isn’t like me.” So I went home and checked the planetary transits for the day. You can think of transits as the energetic weather forecast—they temporarily activate different parts of your Human Design chart. Sure enough, that day I had a double activation of the Channel of Transitoriness. I couldn’t help but laugh. Because once the energy settled, I realised that buying two guinea pigs would have been a terrible idea for me. I want to spend quite a bit of time travelling over the next few years, and guinea pigs don’t exactly fit that lifestyle. Think of Planetary Transits In Human Design As A Kind of Weather Passing Through For me, that was another example of synchronicity. My awareness of my Human Design didn’t stop the impulse from arising, but it did help me recognise it for what it was. Instead of acting automatically, I could pause, understand the energy I was experiencing, and make a choice that was much more aligned with the life I actually want to create. Now, I make a conscious effort to understand people as they are today, while still appreciating their potential. That’s a very different way of relating. Another characteristic I’ve noticed is that Mintakan Souls can have a tendency to give people too many chances in relationships. Looking back, I can clearly see that pattern running through both of my marriages. Learning about this part of my Soul Blueprint didn’t determine my future. What it did was give me greater self-awareness. It helped me understand a lifelong pattern, and from that understanding I was able to make different choices. Today, I’m far more discerning instead of getting swept away by someone’s potential. If you’re listening and thinking, “That sounds a bit like me,” then exploring your own Soul Blueprint might be worthwhile. You may even discover a connection with the Mintakan Soul Group—or you may find a completely different pattern that’s uniquely yours. This is just one example of what I mean by Soul-level synchronicity. The more we learn about our own Soul Blueprint, the more we begin to recognise that many of the threads running through our lives weren’t random at all. They were quietly weaving together all along, waiting for us to notice them. Resource: The Soul Star Reading, Energy Centers, Soul Group and Past Life Pattern Clearing (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/soul-star-akashic-reading/) How Synchronicity Works With Intuition Next, let’s look at the I in the SHINE Model: Intuition. For many people, intuition is the context in which they most often experience synchronicity. I like to think of intuition as receiving a download of information from our higher energy centres—those above the heart—or as a response to our desires, wishes, and needs arising from the lower energy centres. When those intuitive impressions meet our thoughts or our emotions—our mental and emotional bodies—that’s when synchronicity can emerge. It’s almost as though that quiet energetic river we’ve been talking about sends a pulse through our awareness, connecting the inner experience with something happening in the outer world. Let me give you a recent example. I recently travelled to Albuquerque and rented a car at the airport. Nothing particularly synchronistic about that… or so I thought. Before I left home, I’d asked one of the teacher Spirit Guides I’m currently working closely with to send me a sign during the journey—something that would help me understand synchronicity more deeply for this podcast. Signs Of Synchronicity – Repeating Numbers Such as the 11:11 When I arrived at the airport, I ended up waiting about forty-five minutes in the heat for my rental car. Eventually, the paperwork arrived, and I noticed the licence plate ended with 77. A few minutes later, an employee came over and apologised. There was a problem with that vehicle, so they were giving me a different one. I looked at the new paperwork. That licence plate also ended with 77. Now my attention was definitely captured. For me, synchronicities often seem to build in a series, so I found myself thinking, “Okay… something’s going on here.“ I drove to my hotel, but there wasn’t a room number 77 or anything else that stood out. So later, in meditation, I asked my guide, “What’s the significance of the number 77?“ The response I received was simple. “If I had lived to my birthday this year, how old would I have been?“ I looked up his birth details. He would have been 77. Now, I completely appreciate that some people listening may hear that and simply think it was an interesting coincidence. For me, though, it felt deeply meaningful. It was exactly the kind of sign I’d asked for, and it strengthened my relationship with my Spirit Guide in a way that felt both personal and encouraging. Whether you see experiences like this as guidance, a meaningful coincidence, or simply an invitation to pay closer attention, they have a way of opening the door to a much richer conversation with life itself. People often ask me what NLP™ has to do with spirituality or synchronicity. For me, it’s quite simple. Synchronicity may provide the invitation, but NLP™ gives us practical tools to help us notice it and respond consciously. One of the ideas I love in NLP™ is that our minds are constantly filtering information. Every second, we’re surrounded by far more sights, sounds, and experiences than we could ever consciously process. Our brains naturally decide what is important enough to bring into our awareness. Have you ever decided to buy a particular make or colour of car, and then suddenly you start seeing that same car everywhere? Those cars didn’t suddenly appear. Your attention simply became tuned to notice them. I believe synchronicity can work in a similar way. The more we develop self-awareness and become intentional about what we’re paying attention to, the more we begin to notice meaningful connections that may have been there all along. NLP also reminds us that our state of mind matters. When we’re stressed, rushing through life, or feeling overwhelmed, our awareness can become quite narrow. But when we’re relaxed, curious, and present, we naturally become more open to the subtle patterns and connections unfolding around us. For me, NLP doesn’t explain away synchronicity. Instead, it gives us practical ways to work with our awareness. It helps us move from reacting automatically to responding consciously, so when meaningful moments arise, we’re ready to pause and ask: “What might this be inviting me to see?” The NLP™ Technique of Anchoring One of the most useful techniques in NLP is called anchoring. An anchor is simply a trigger that connects us with a particular emotional or mental state. We experience natural anchors all the time. A favourite song might instantly transport you back to a particular moment in your life, or the smell of freshly baked bread might bring back memories of your grandmother’s kitchen. In NLP™, we can also create anchors deliberately. By pairing a physical gesture—such as pressing your thumb and forefinger together—with a calm, confident, or deeply connected state, you can train your mind and body to access that feeling more easily in the future. From the perspective of synchronicity, an anchor doesn’t create meaningful moments, but it can help us return to a more open and present state where we’re more able to notice them. Complaint-Free Anchor One example of an anchor I used many years ago was a purple bracelet. If you haven’t heard of this movement, it was created by Will Bowen, who was the lead minister of the One Community Spiritual Center in Kansas City, Missouri. He gave a sermon about the impact of constant complaining and imagined what the world might look like if we became more conscious of the words we spoke. From that idea came the 21-Day Complaint Free Challenge. Participants wear a purple Complaint Free Bracelet and commit not to voice complaints for 21 days. If they catch themselves complaining, the bracelet is moved to the other wrist, and they begin again. What I love about this is that the bracelet becomes a physical reminder—a simple anchor that brings awareness back to the present moment and helps shift a person’s state of mind. Perhaps you already have something like this in your life. It might be a piece of jewellery, a meaningful song on your phone, a photograph, or even a memory of a time when you felt deeply connected and present in your body. These can all become anchors that help you return to awareness, slow down, and become more receptive to that quiet river of synchronicity flowing through everyday life. Resource: Blog Insight Post – A Complaint Free World: Begin to Disconnect From The Habit Of Complaining (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/a-complaint-free-world-how-to-begin-to-disconnect-from-the-energy-of-complaints-bracelets-will-help/) Energetics and How Synchronicity Works Most people have experienced synchronicity in daily life at some point in their lives, even if they didn’t have a name for it. Perhaps you were thinking about someone moments before they called. Maybe a particular book title, phrase, or symbol kept appearing everywhere you looked. Or perhaps you received exactly the information you needed just when you needed it. From a spiritual perspective, synchronicity often feels like the Universe winking at us — a reminder that there may be more going on beneath the surface of everyday life than we realise. Lee Carroll, who has channeled a peace-loving consciousness called Kryon since 1986, and who has spoken and channeled at the United Nations, calls the 11:11 number that a lot of people see on clocks, licence plates or somewhere in their day – double illumination, or a ‘wink’ from your spirit guides. Meaning: that they see you. Resource – Book: The Journey Home: A Kryon Parable: The Story of Michael Thomas and the Seven Angels, Lee Carroll and Kryon (https://amzn.to/4wdtYDM) Useful Resources Pam Grout’s books E2 and E3, the E being for energy, contain a lot of fun exercises you can play with to connect with that quiet river of synchronicity. I have tried her butterflies exercise, setting an intention to see butterflies during the day, but my favorite so far was setting the intention to see a purple truck. I live in Kansas, so I figured a purple truck would be rare. Within two days, when walking my dog, a purple metallic truck drove by. If you want to set an intention to see synchronous signs, it’s important to be as light-hearted as possible. This is one way we elevate our mind to higher energies. Resource: Insight Blog Post – E3 (ECubed) and Nine More Energy Experiments – Interesting! (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/e3-energy-experiments-pam-grout-spiritual/) As Pam Grout puts it: – “The fact that you are connected to everyone and everything in the Universe is not just mind-blowing news. It’s something you should be using. The fact that your thoughts are energy waves being broadcast out into this giant field of infinite potentiality is something you should be more aware of and deploying on a moment-by-moment basis. Some might even suggest we’ve squandered 100 years merely poking at these principles, discussing them at the water cooler rather than actively using them to make our world, our lives, and our relationships better.” Resource – Book: E-Squared: Nine Do-it-yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality by Pam Grout (https://amzn.to/44xNIFS) So, play with synchronicity in your day-to-day life. Have a little fun with it, journal your synchronistic hits, and keep on playing. When you access higher energies, as neuroscientist Dr Tara Swart, author of Signs, says, “If we look back at the way our ancestors used their intuition to sense and interpret the land, a cloud formation could mean that rain is coming, or it could mean that your ancestors are talking to you. It just seems like such a beautiful way to live.” Resource – Book: The Signs: The New Science of How To Trust Your Instincts by Tara Swart MD PhD (https://amzn.to/4pp789i) In my experience, I still can’t explain how I saw this cloud being drawn in the sky in the shape of an angel, the day after my mother’s funeral. So set intentions for seeing a sign, have fun with it, record your findings, and notice any positive states of mind that result. Did You Enjoy How Synchronicity Works With My SHINE Model? I created this mnemonic to help show the energy flow between our Soul and our incarnated bodies. It goes like this: – SHINE – What is it? S – Soul Level Truths: Divine Soul Blueprint access, past life knowledge, energetic awareness, and Soul Monad Connection. H – Human Design: Discovering your Soul’s Intentions through Human Design energetics. Experiment with your Design! I – Intuition: Attuning to new intuitive processes through practice. N – NLP™ (Neuro-Linguistic Programming™): Learning how to master your language – identify and release programs that no longer serve you. E – Energetics: Through personal growth, deepen your inner knowing and the practice of Sacred Geometry. Reading Resource: Soul Star Reading (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/soul-star-akashic-reading/) Shine Through Your Divine Soul Blueprint – ‘S’ Our Divine Soul Blueprint is an energetic reference point for our Soul’s individual aspects, known as ‘individuation’. When we individuate from the great sea of consciousness, the Soul creates a Divine Blueprint so that it knows how to reference itself and store information through each incarnation (that data has to go somewhere!). Our Soul does this by creating: – 8 Different Energy Centers, containing Divine vibrational characteristics, such as Love or Compassion. An origination record of the first one or two Soul Groups we incarnated into (some people call these Starseed Groups), such as Arcturus or Sirius, for example (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/sirian-starseeds-energy-origins/). Other vibrational information that relates to our Soul Purpose, vibration, Life Lessons, and more. Some of this information is transmitted during the Soul Star Reading. Our Soul’s consciousness enters our body, and through biological and energetic processes, we are created as a Soul having a physical experience. We don’t necessarily remember our Divine Soul Blueprint, since we ‘fall’ into a lower vibrational state through the Veil of Forgetting. More people are now remembering themselves through past life regression practices, and this is part of the spiritual awakening on Earth. As we grow in utero, our Design information, or Soul’s intentions for this life, is transmitted energetically into our bodies through a crystalline transmission. We end up with 3 energetic crystals separated in the body: – The Personality Crystal, also known as ‘Passenger Consciousness’ – it’s not really driving the ‘car’ of our body, but likes to think it is! Our Design Crystal in the Mind, Ajna or Third Eye Chakra, which contains subconscious information and threads that connect us to the field of energy and our Soul. The GPS or Magnetic Monopole Crystal in the Self or Identity Chakra is located in the center of the chest. This draws us to resonant situations and circumstances, literally like a GPS. Vibration, Past Life Karma, Genetic Karma, Life Lessons These crystals transmit aspects of who we are into our bodies. When we are born, we arrive at a vibration that matches our parents. This is for survival reasons. This all sounds pretty good. You can learn to shine through your Soul Blueprint once you know what it is, right? Yes, and…then we also inherit what I call the twin streams. Our Genetic Karma or inherited Karma from our family line, Karma and Dharma from Past Lives, and any Life Lessons that our Soul is interested in experiencing (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/souls-journey-cards-life-lessons-love/) in the present life. Then we need to experience life by balancing everything out through free will and choice. Reading Resource: Life Lessons Reading (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/life-lessons-reading/) Celebrity Profile: Hulk Hogan, Self-Projected Projector For those of you who enjoy looking at Human Design charts, here is Hulk Hogan’s chart from Genetic Matrix. If you want to know about your own chart, I can interpret it for you during a Human Design Reading. Page Resource: Human Design Through Your Soul’s Intentions (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/human-design-readings/) I Is For Intuition A lot of people are interested in intuition; it is genuinely a fascinating subject. What’s also interesting about learning to shine through your Soul Blueprint is that when you begin to make these connections, you are opening to your Higher Self. The Higher Self is the connection to our Soul, and when we work with our Soul Blueprint or the Akashic Records, our intuitive abilities naturally expand as a kind of side effect. In this podcast, I mention the mailbox exercise, which you can find at this link, along with two other fun, intuitive exercises. (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/3-simple-ways-develop-intuition/) As my energy teacher always says, Mastery relies on practice. N – NLP™ (Neuro-Linguistic Programming™): How Language Affects Us – Inside And Out In my life Before Children (BC), I co-created and co-ran a training business with another trainer I had worked with in the corporate world. Between us, we cooked up all sorts of trouble, including creating a course that enabled people to learn to type in one day. It was the ’90s in the UK, and there was a big skills gap at the time. My business partner, the other trainer at the time, suggested we attend NLP™ training to help grow our business. Positive Scripts, Positive Results The training enabled us to script courses in positive ways. This meant that people could be inspired to learn what they needed to know more easily, even from potentially boring computer courses, in a positive way. NLP™ itself has multiple uses, only limited by how creative you want to get with your solutions. I like to define it as a process that helps us to clarify programs that we run in our mental field, or minds, that are either helpful or unhelpful, positive or negative. We can use tools and techniques to clear these programs and change how we operate. I hope you enjoy my example in the podcast. ‘E’ Is For Energetics – Our Personality Side + Primary Genius Through Sacred Geometry In the podcast, I profile our Celebrity, Hulk Hogan, through something called his Primary Genius. We all have a Primary Genius, and it can help you to shine through your Soul Blueprint, your Human Design, and more. The trick is also how to get clear about how we block our innate or Primary Genius, too. Above is a snippet of Hulk Hogan’s Success Codex Chart. It displays his Primary Genius as Facilitation, The Guide. Again, you can listen to my comments about it in the podcast. Resource: Success Codex Readings and Chart (https://momonaspiritualjourney.com/success-codex-readings-for-personal-and-professional-business-growth/) You Too Can Shine Through Your Soul Blueprint I hope you enjoy the April/May podcast, and that it helps you to connect the dots between some of the spiritual systems I mention. How To Recognize a Human Design Projector (Gloria Gaynor)

What is a Human Design Projector? Projectors are here to help us grow and evolve through unusual methods of leadership. For this month's podcast, hear about Gloria Gaynor, Human Design Projector and owner of 9 different voices. To listen to this podcast on Youtube, go here.>> Table of contentsWhat Is a Human Design Projector? Some Famous ExamplesHuman Design Projectors - More ExamplesMore or Less Sacral Chakra Energy?Back to Gloria Gaynor - Guess ThisGloria Gaynor’s Throat ChakraA Human Design Projector with Many VoicesOrigins of I Will SurviveThere's a Movie Out About Gloria, Too What Is a Human Design Projector? There are 5 types to Human Design and Gloria Gaynor is a Projector type. What is a Human Design Projector?  They are the new leaders and guides of human development as we currently know it. So what does Gloria Gaynor’s story have to do with being a Human Design Projector? If her birthdate is indeed 7th September 1943, then according to the software I use to calculate her Human Design, she is a Projector Type. A Human Design Projector is a type of human that has been incarnating since the mid-1700s in our most recent human history. Projectors are designed to be a new type of leader and guide for humanity, replacing Manifestor (types like me). A Projector is someone who can connect with the energy of a group or an individual to help them achieve a goal, project or even a movement. Some Famous Examples Some examples of famous Projectors from the recent past are: - Winston Churchill Queen Elizabeth II Nelson Mandela and Napoleon. (Napoleon wasn’t a particularly evolved example of a human being, since he carried out some war atrocities during his time, but he definitely knew how to lead and get people to follow him). Human Design Projectors - More Examples Some examples of present-time Projectors are: - Barack Obama Pablo Picasso Steven Spielberg Princess Anne Princess Royal Taylor Swift and, of course, Gloria Gaynor. Projectors are non-Sacral beings, like Manifestors. More or Less Sacral Chakra Energy? If you are a non-Sacral being (about 30% of the population), it means you must work with your energy differently to be effective than other types who have a defined Sacral Chakra. Projectors and Manifestors have less consistent energy than the majority of people on Earth, such as Generators and Manifesting Generators. Generator Types have consistent access to their Sacral energy and can work continuously until they drop. Non-Sacral Types like Projectors and Manifestors can experience burn out more easily, even if sometimes they can act as if they have lots of Sacral Chakra Energy. This access to extra energy usually comes from their involvement with another person or group. Back to Gloria Gaynor - Guess This If I asked you for one thing Gloria Gaynor is well known for, I think I might know what you would say the song: - I will survive! Gloria Gaynor’s keynote hit has long been a favorite, but when she first released the song, it was seen as only good enough for a B side, when we had such a thing! Gloria knew that this song appealed to people on many levels from the audience response when she sang it.  Her then-husband, who was her manager, was not in agreement with her that it should be a hit. So, it was released as the B-side to a Righteous Brothers Song called ‘Substitute’. Read the original story at: - The Story of... 'I Will Survive' by Gloria Gaynor - Smooth (smoothradio.com) Gloria Gaynor’s Throat Chakra What amazed me when I looked at Gloria Gaynor’s chart was the amount of voice gates that she has activated in her Throat Chakra. I wrote a post a while about Life Purposes and mentioned Paulo Coehlo, a famous writer who you may know as the author of the best-selling spiritual book called The Alchemist.I thought Paulo had plenty of throat gates open and active,

Celebrity profile – Why Manifesting Generators Have Powerful Throat Chakras

On Fridays, I enjoy getting the People Magazine, since it's about one of my favorite interests, the nature of people! On the back page of the People Magazine, there's a 'One last thing' article every week. This article is an interview short with the same 5 questions each week for a different celebrity. Using Carrie Underwoods's birth date I found on Wikipedia, I worked up a new kind of chart and made an interesting discovery. What is a Manifesting Generator and what is Human Design? There are lots of personality tests and psychological profiles out there these days. Life is busy, and many of these systems and tests can be very complex. Photo by Pavel Danilyuk on Pexels.com So, how can we best get the benefit of all this self-study and personal development and also get the most out of the time we spend working on ourselves? Perhaps you felt overwhelmed by all the information - yet there are many benefits to learning about ourselves through energy. The term 'Manifesting Generator' is one of the Types in a system of reading energy called Human Design. So, back to the question at the top. Have you heard about Human Design or have had your Human Design Chart read at one time or another? All those types, authorities, strategies, and so on in Human Design can be confusing! Sometimes using a metaphor, image or idea can help us to understand energy better. Aligning something we don't understand alongside something we do can help. For example, if you imagine our personal energy as a multi-dimensional Rubik's cube - to get to the next step of unlocking the mystery, we only need to make one move at a time. What is Human Design? Human Design combines 4 complex and multi-layered energy reading systems both ancient and modern. These systems are: - The Hindu Chakra System The Jewish Kabbalah, Sephirot, or Tree of Life Western Astrology The I-Ching. This is an ancient Chinese prediction system with 64 Gates, or Archetypes representing the human condition. Then a fifth much newer idea is also part of the Human Design system. This fifth aspect of Human Design relates to our DNA. The idea is that our genetics relate to the 64 codons or amino acids in human DNA, and also to the 64 Hexagrams or Gates within the I-Ching prediction system. (Researchers Crick and Watson initially discovered the concept of amino acids (Codons) in DNA in 1953. ) Human Design is a multi-layered energy reading system This complex combination of human experience and human behavior is layered into the system. Through this system, we are discovering a whole new frame of reference about ourselves, one piece at a time. Our personal energy is complex too, of course. So, sometimes it can leave us feeling overwhelmed when we are just trying to learn something new.But then, just finding out one piece of the puzzle and really digesting that can take the pressure off. Have you had your Human Design Chart done yet? When people come for a reading with me, they often comment that they have ‘had their Human Design chart done'. After that, though, nothing much else has happened. People experience and learn a little about the basic information about their Human Design chart. It's a bit like knowing about your Myers Briggs profile. You read it and, – kind of, oh well, that was fun, onto the next thing. This is partly because readers and clients can feel overwhelmed by the Human Design chart itself.  With those 5 energy prediction systems in it, that is not surprising. It can seem confusing until you learn how to read a chart. Then you need to learn how to apply all the information to your own life to make it worthwhile! If you'd like to make a start, connect with me here at my secure client portal. I'll send you a short report and your Human Design Chart for free. There is a lot of information to energetically process in your Human Design Chart.

Soul Groups in the Akashic Records – February 2022 Podcast

It's February 22nd, 2022 and I'm talking about Soul Groups! I'm sure many of you are enjoying today's date, there are also 22 Oversouls, so I thought it would be a great day to talk about Soul Groups. Since this is an auspicious date, I created a short podcast today with a guide on a suggested meditative practice, if you would like to do that. Then I go on to talk about Soul Groups. What is a Soul Group? A Soul Group is part of your origination information as an incarnated Soul.  Imagine your Soul being very newly born, and wanting to learn as much about itself as possible. When a Soul first creates itself, it wants to learn as much about its' qualities as possible in order to understand the experience of being a separate Soul - separated from Group Consciousness. One of the ways a Soul does this is to incarnate into a Soul Group that is most like its' major qualities.  And that is your Soul Group of Origination! So enjoy the discussion about my Soul Group. If you want to learn more and discover your own Soul Group, then that and quite a few other things can be learned from the Soul Star Akashic Reading that I offer. Show notes In this podcast, I mention the Starseed Oracle Card Deck. Here is the review I wrote on here about that Oracle Card Deck. If you are curious about the Fifth Element, it's available on quite a few streaming channels. Here's a link to a trailer on Youtube. The song mentioned was Wishing Well by the group 'Free'. Here's a link to the song on Youtube. Lots of light, and I hope you enjoy the podcast! Sarah
