49. When to FIRE Your Podcast Team with Danielle Sprouls
How do you know when it's time to level up your podcast team in favor of better quality, consistency and communication? Our guest Danielle Sprouls tells us all about her experience letting go of her previous podcast management and what it's been like partnering with Podcircle.
In this episode, Danielle (creator and host of the Unscripted Pivots (https://www.unscriptedpivots.com/podcast) podcast), shares her journey into podcasting, the importance of quality over cost, and the critical role of "partnership" in her podcasting success. We learn how her podcast helped her navigate her own "unscripted pivot" from her longtime career in corporate real estate title insurance into her new career — business and executive coaching.

When many of us started a podcast, we want to reach as many people as possible. But Kyle and Mickenzie are going to make the case that that's not the best approach — and why. This episode covers five critical questions for honing your podcast’s focus and discusses the pitfalls of trying to appeal to everyone. They also talk about the importance of competitor analysis, narrowing down your content, seeking feedback, and avoiding burnout by not overextending yourself. Welcome back to the Podcircle Podcast!
