Kobe Bryant would always say to me “Sports is the ultimate metaphor for life.” Basketball teaches us a lot of things about each other and life. Discussions will revolve around the values and skills it takes to be successful in sports, and how those values and skills apply to our lives. Through a host of interviews with knowledgeable experts in their fields, I will dive into topics like skill development, athletic performance, strength, conditioning, mental aspects, leadership, branding, recruiting and more.
