Neist noorimad (Martin Ottas Tartu linnast, Indrek Paljak Saue vallast ja Karmen Pikkmets Lääneranna vallast) arutavad, kuidas kohalikul tasandil noorte eest seista, mis on aastaga kohalikul tasandil toimunud ning mis on tulevikuplaanid.
