[…] Could you share some of these insights? Absolutely. I think it's an interesting aspect of his life. He was obsessed with horse racing and it came from being a young boy. I mean, by all accounts, also, this is a tragic tale, right, of rags to riches. A guy who grew up in a small little flat in a very humble origins in Pretoria and not the most influential wealthy suburbs, goes to a nice school with very influential kids and wealthy kids and he's brilliant cleverer than probably most of them if not all and his dad was a postal worker and loved playing the horses in his off time and he was very close to his dad so his involvement in horse racing certainly was I think to keep a connection to his dad and he wanted to win everything in horse racing to I suppose give his dad some glory and some honour you know a guy who's maybe never really won much at life And yeah, his son was able to give him something.
