The holidays are just around the corner. Each year, when November and December come along, something changes, and we give in to our urge to accumulate and hoard stuff. It's like our sensibility goes into deep hibernation. If you're not the one buying, you're the one selling - or, at least, tempting people to buy what you have to offer. On the Purpose of Purpose
In today's world, it's easy to start a business and maybe even scale it in size. That said, there's a caveat. People usually focus on HOW and WHAT, leaving WHY unattended, which ultimately connects and serves as a foundation for trust. Trust, despite its plainness, is hugely underestimated too. Low trust causes friction inside and outside an organisation because it's a staple apropos of communication.
