<p>The Pondo Podcast relaunches with Cody and new co-host Grace Ware (Camp Pondo’s marketing director) beginning a new season by “pressing pause on the noise” to discuss biblical rest, especially as winter camp continues. They contrast common ideas of rest as collapse after exhaustion with Scripture’s picture of rest as completion, satisfaction, and trust in God, starting with Genesis 2 and moving to the Sabbath command in Exodus 20. They frame Sabbath as training Israel to depend on God rather than productivity, connect it to modern work culture and identity in busyness (including Grace’s background as a Dutch Bros regional manager), and then land in Hebrews 3–4 to emphasize that true rest is found in Jesus—rest is a person, not a location—and that unbelief and disobedience keep people restless. They close by previewing a second part focused on how Jesus models rest.</p>
