<p>Why BMI is inaccurate and misleading? If someone is overweight, there may be numerous factors at work, meaning it's not due to poor discipline or willpower. BMI can trigger eating disorders and should be scrapped. As women, our bodies start being judged from a young age and become more targeted as we go through puberty.
