The discussion starts with opinions on the election the election and the implications of the current purgatory type of state we are in with the Trump challenges lawsuits. The discussion then starts to hone in as the panelist have deep conversations around the generalizations of black people, Joe Biden's Lift Every Voice plan, and the black political outcome of the elections.

@Quinn4Speaker pulls in political commentator Quentin Jiles (@thequeuewithque), scientist Kendra Royston (@pretty_bandg33k), and higher education professional Austin McDonald (@its_qpa) in a conversation about the President Trump's Executive Order 13950. The order that it "forth the policy of the United States “not to promote race or sex stereotyping or scapegoating” and prohibits federal contractors from inculcating such views in their employees in workplace diversity and inclusion trainings". Yet, after a deep dive it is more of a push to not only stop diversity and inclusion trainings, but to undermine conversations about issues of white supremacy, systemic racism, and sexism at a time when the country need more understanding of the plight marginalized people.
