Oracle Message of the Day
<p>Hola, I hope you’re having a sweet Moon Day. </p><p>Here is an Oracle message for you. My intention is to model how I channel in hopes that you get inspired to receive messages for yourself and others too. I try to use anything around me including Oracle cards, nature, my surroundings, and in this case, a bananagram pouch I found in a free library haha. </p><p>I always connect to the Akash when I channel. It helps me draw information from all around. I often connect to wisdom that I Azul, may not know from wisdom or experience from my life, but I still receive it from the Akashic tapestry of eternal wisdom. </p><p>This reading features an example of this, as I channeled the message of “Egun Eden”. I am not of African ancestry or spiritualities and I am honored to receive messages from these cultures and spiritualities. </p><p> I hope this feels supportive for you. 5 Tips to help you cleanse/reset after an action
<p><strong>Here are 5 practices you can do to cleanse/reset after an action.</strong> By action I mean anything you’re doing to support that makes you feel activated. Attending protest, witnessing by watching videos, sharing resources, any type of challenging interaction.</p><p><strong>1.Sweeping movements all over your body. </strong>Envision that the left over energy from that act shon is being swept/wiped off from you. You can ask any of the elements (water,air, fire, earth) to help you by taking it away. </p><p><strong>2.Deep and slow breaths in and out.</strong> In through your nose and out through your mouth. If it helps you remember, think of smelling the flower, blowing out the candle. </p><p>3.Movement of any kind. Walking, dancing, stretching, jumping, anything. Help your body release in this way. </p><p><strong>4.Using water to cleanse.</strong> Set the intention to cleanse and reset emotionally, physically, and spiritually before showering or washing your hands. Thank the water for helping you cleanse</p><p><strong>5. Crying. </strong>One of our body’s most natural ways to help us release and reset. Give yourself permission to do so. </p><p>It can be so helpful to engage in any of these practices as a way to signal to our bodies that the challenging situation has ended and we get to relax again. It doesn’t help for us to be activated 24/7 if we can help it. I know we might want to fall into comparing our suffering to the suffering we are supporting. Saying things like, “if they don’t get to eat/relax/sleep/have fun neither do I.” I invite you to take advantage of the opportunity you have to still take care of yourself. </p><p>We need you to take care of yourself so we can continue towards our effort of collective liberation. It won’t help for us to be tired/sick/suffering when we still have access to support. They may not have that access anymore and that is infuriating, but you do. You need to sleep. It won’t help for us to go to bed with those images in our minds. I understand the need to witness but we can’t witness all day. So please, allow yourself to take breaks. </p><p>There has to be and end point and a starting point. It won’t help for us to be in an activated state ogoingly with no break. Please try any of these practices to let your being (mind/body/soul), that there is a break coming. Live with Zulaikha and Azul
<p>Zulaikha and I had lovely conversation on live earlier. We talked about who we are, why we do what we do, and the beliefs and values that inform our practices. We explored the fact that we have different practices but are still rooted in the common intention of collective liberation. We also shared about what keeps us hopeful and about our offerings. We hope to see you in our spaces soon. </p><p><strong>Zulaikha’s Imaginal Portal - January-December 2026 </strong></p><p>During this year long journey, we will be exploring radical imagination, spiritual abolition, world building, and deepening our study of the imaginal, of all that is possible. The worlds we long for are asking for us to re-member we are free, and for us to re-member that we deserve to live in the imagination of liberation, rather than continuing to live in the imagination of the oppressor. </p><p>Radical imagination is a practice, and when we practice from a place of connection with our each other, with the earth, and with the ancestors, it allows us to re-member our connection with our imagination and with our liberation. It opens up what already exists with in us: infinite possibility. </p><p>Mariame Kaba says, “Hope is a discipline.” Hope is inherent to who we are, but we forget how to live from a place of hope. We are conditioned into scarcity, understandably, as we continue to survive in these systems of oppression. We must work towards re-membering that hope is inherent to who we are, and that the unimaginable is not only imaginable but within our grasp. </p><p>In this year long study, we will be exploring what it means to re-member together, while grounded in practice, in the works of Black Radical Feminism, Indigenous liberation, and in the teachings of the Buddha, all while coming back into connection with our bodies. The tools you will practice into will allow you to bring forth your visions for your community, your life, and the world. </p><p>We are here to reclaim, restore, and re-imagine.
