Episode 112 - Phoenix Running Hampshire
<p>On this episode of the show we welcome two incredible guests who head up Phoenix Running Hampshire. Kasia and Ellen join Dave and I in this discussion to tell us all about the local runs happening all throughout the year, that provide a welcoming, friendly and very flexible format that allows runners to pick their distance they want to achieve. Whether a 5km or ultra marathon, it doesn't matter. One of their famous medals will be waiting for you at the end, along with 'PB Potatoes' during each loop.
