<p>S1E6: Wat is er nou positief aan rouwen? Nou, niet zo heel veel. Want je kunt er lang of kort over zijn, bij het woord 'rouw' komen er waarschijnlijk niet meteen positieve gedachten in je op. Toch probeert Michelle in deze podcast te kijken naar positieve dingen die haar hebben geholpen in de eerste twee jaar na het overlijden van haar moeder. Ze deelt onder andere tips over wat je kunt doen als je bijvoorbeeld een vriend/vriendin/familielid hebt die een dierbare is verloren. Begin je er niet over of juist wel? Natuurlijk ervaart iedereen het anders en is er geen goed of fout. Michelle neemt je in ieder geval mee in haar ervaringen en kijk op rouw.</p>
