I am currently studying for a personal trainer certification so that I can work group fitness classes in gyms and represent Indian women in a positive and fierce light.In Indian culture, physical health is not deemed as being important, but I have been trying to break that barrier and advocate for physical health, especially for women. Women are sort of expected to fulfill traditional household roles."</p> <p><br></p> <p>She talks all about mental health, physical fitness, and working to inspire those across the world. </p>
