EP 16: Keeping It Real: Business, Leadership & Life

This time around, we’re skipping the script, skipping the polished answers, and simply taking a moment to catch up. Rebecca sits down with members of the poWer Committee for an honest conversation about what’s really been happening behind the scenes — in business, in leadership, at home, and everywhere in between. Because while we spend so much time talking about success, growth, goals, and leadership, there’s another side of the story that doesn’t always get talked about. The busy seasons. The tough decisions. The moments of doubt. The lessons learned the hard way. And trying to balance it all without completely losing your mind along the way. We’re sharing some of the things we’re proud of, some of the things that have challenged us, and the realities of navigating careers, businesses, families, leadership, and life — often all at the same time. There’s no perfect formula here, and definitely no pretending that we have everything figured out. Just a group of women who understand the pressures of this industry, who are willing to be honest about the highs and lows, and who know how much better things can feel when you realize you’re not doing it alone. So whether you’re listening from your car, your showroom, your office, a jobsite, or somewhere in between, pull up a chair and join the conversation.

In this inspiring and insightful conversation, Rebecca sits down with Michelle of AC Carpet Plus to talk all things showroom strategy, interior design, and the evolving world of flooring.
