I will discuss wellness, share personal stories, and explore biohacking practices alongside everyday living. Expect laughter, tears, and a spiritual journey as I examine what it means to be mindful while aging gracefully. Living in wellness is a power. I am a late bloomer, but I have found my way to the person I am meant to be.
Maybe We're Craving a Simpler Life, Part Two: Why Fall Feels Like Home
"Why Fall Feels Like Home" explores the strong feelings of nostalgia and comfort that fall can evoke. I will break down the science behind this in simple terms, discussing how the hippocampus and the amygdala are involved in emotional processing. Then, we'll connect that science to real-life experiences: apple cider, pumpkin picking, football, family traditions, childhood memories, and the changing seasons.
The bigger message is that perhaps we do not crave a simpler life because we want less; rather, we desire the simple things that help us feel more connected to our lives. Ultimately, sometimes wellness isn't about optimizing for more. Instead, it can be about slowing down enough to truly experience the moment.

Maybe We're Craving a Simpler Life
As the seasons change, I've been thinking about why fall makes us want to slow down, simplify, and enjoy the little things. We spend so much time trying to optimize our health, our routines, our sleep, our workouts, and even ourselves. But what if wellness isn't always about doing more?
In this episode, we'll explore the science behind simple rituals, nature, and slowing down, and why giving our brains a little less stimulation may be exactly what we need. Maybe wellness isn't about constantly becoming a better version of ourselves.
So, grab your coffee, settle in, and let's talk about the power of simple.

Change: A New Season
Change: A New Season
Change is never easy, especially when it happens before we're ready for it. In this episode of *Power of Wellness*, I explore the themes of change, growth, and learning to embrace the life seasons we don’t necessarily choose.
From watching our children grow up to appreciating the small moments we often take for granted, I share how I’ve begun to view change differently—not as an ending, but as an opportunity for growth.
You don't have to accept change overnight. Sometimes, it’s important to sit with it, feel it, learn from it, and eventually let it go.
Every new season brings something fresh, and we are not guaranteed tomorrow. So let's take a moment to slow down, appreciate where we are, and learn to live fully in the season we’re in.

What If This is the Chapter?
What if the chapter you’ve been waiting for never comes? It’s time to stop waiting for the perfect moment. Stop allowing fear, the opinions of others, or past mistakes to dictate what happens next. It’s time to permit yourself to live fully.
In this episode of Power of Wellness, I share my transformed perspective on life. I dive into topics like regret, taking bold chances, letting go of the past, laughing more, loving deeply, and embracing who I am today.
Too many of us get caught up in the trap of thinking about the next chapter—when we have more time, when circumstances are easier, when we finally feel ready. But what if we stopped waiting? This moment is the chapter.

We delved into how far a parent should go to support their child. These are the essential conversations I will host on Power of Wellness real questions that many of us ponder but often hesitate to ask. It’s time to face these topics head-on.

Power of Stem Cell therapy w/ Dr. Eric Weiss
"By age 55, the body has lost over 98% of its stem cells, leaving it unable to replace damaged tissue efficiently. This decline contributes to muscle loss, slower healing, reduced organ function, fatigue, and cognitive changes we experience through "normal aging."
"Dr. Eric Weiss is a leader in advanced regenerative medicine and the founder of North Florida Stem Cells. Dr. Weiss provides stem cell replacement therapy for conditions including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic brain injury, and age-related decline. He also brings insight as co-author of "Educating Marston," a memoir detailing his family's journey exploring therapies including stem cell replacement to support his autistic son's development.
In this episode, I had the opportunity to engage with Dr. Weiss about the transformative potential of stem cell therapies. Dr. Weiss delivers stem cell replacement therapy to effectively address a range of conditions, including osteoarthritis (OA), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and traumatic brain injury (TBI), while emphasizing the innovative treatment of autism.
