We discuss the events that led to her alcohol addiction and the specific things she was able to do to turn her life around.<br/><br/>It's a very candid, and extremely empowering discussion, as well as a reminder that we can all make positive changes in our lives. It starts by choosing to make a change and fully committing to doing so. If you're going through some stuff there's always other people going through the same stuff. There are always people available to talk to and to reach out to for help. <br/><br/>The story has a happy ending. We all deserve to be empowered and to be happy. </p>
