[…] And so I said, okay, well, after they've bought their fourth item, we can trigger a flow that says, hey, on your next item, you reach VIP status. So it made them buy a fifth time. And then after they bought a fifth time, we say, you've reached VIP status. Now you're going to get this on your next order. And so I think we started when I built that out, we went up to like eight orders a year. And not even six months later, like we were building up to 15 orders a year. So you can go really custom with automations. It really just depends on your business model. I love that. And now I have 35,000 follow-up questions. […]
