Anchored in Fulfillment: The 'One Day' Trap Blocking Your Success and How to Choose Differently
This is a special episode of Practically Spiritual, a live talk Reena gave at the YMS BOLD Moves Conference in January 2026, titled Anchored in Fulfillment. This is the raw, unedited recording from the room. You'll hear the audience, the energy, the laughter, and the real-time conversation that happened when a room full of entrepreneurs stopped and actually asked themselves: when is the last time I really lived?
"When your nervous system knows you're in a place to receive, that's when the ideas come. That's the space fulfillment is born in."
— Reena

Boundaries in Relationships: The Courage to Ask for What You Need and Hold It When It Gets Hard
"I stopped trying to explain myself. And in not having to explain myself, I gave myself so much freedom."
— Reena
Episode Description
The hardest boundaries you will ever set are not with strangers. They are not with colleagues or people who don't matter. They are with the people you love most. And that's exactly what this episode is about.
In this deeply personal solo episode, Reena opens up about one of the most challenging seasons of her life — a summer where the need for boundaries showed up from two directions at once. Her parents on one side. Her adult children on the other. And the universe making it impossible to ignore the lesson any longer.
Reena shares the real, unfiltered story of what it costs to live without boundaries — how absorbing other people's fear disguised as logic can override your own knowing, how setting limits with the people you love can feel like punishment to them even when it comes from love, and how the reactions you get to your boundaries tell you everything about where you actually stand in someone's life.
She also brings in her Human Design as a 6/3 Splenic Projector — explaining how her authority works, why bitterness is her signal that something is out of alignment, and why being designed to learn through trial and error means that absorbing someone else's fear doesn't just cost her the decision. It costs her the wisdom she was built to earn.
This is not a how-to episode. This is a felt experience. A mirror. A permission slip. For anyone who has ever asked for something reasonable and been made to feel wrong for needing it.
This episode is for the one who keeps overriding their own knowing to keep someone else comfortable. For the one who finally set the boundary — and watched everything shake. And for the one who needs to hear that they are not wrong for needing what they need.
