Prairie Havoc Shakespeare Presents: Open Mic Shakespeare
Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note. (https://rss.com/podcasts/prairie-havoc-shakespeare/voicemail)
Prairie havoc Shakespeare is proud to present: open mic Shakespeare – our first public performance, is also your opportunity to participate. Open mic Shakespeare will focus on the bard’s monologues and duets in a series of themed public performances. Our first performance will take place on October 15th at 7:30 pm in the Recital Hall, room 106, in Hartnett Hall on the campus of Minot State University. This first entry in the series will feature monologues from Shakespeare’s comedies, or at least monologues presented in a comedic fashion. Meet the cast of Twelfth Night as they perform monologues from Shakespeare’s works, and maybe take the opportunity to perform one yourself! No experience necessary, and monologues need not be memorized. Not local but still want to see or hear the fun? Open mic Shakespeare will be streamed live on our YouTube channel, and the audio from each performance will also be available anywhere you listen to podcasts. Mark your calendars, and be ready for Open Mic Shakespeare, starting October 15th at 7:30 pm.
