I’m facing consequences I can’t positive-think my way out of. I have decisions to make about my finances, my home, my career, my parenting, my future—and myself. But I’m also looking around and realizing: I have been moving. I created. I built. I learned. I survived. I made moves, even when they didn’t happen on anybody else’s timeline. So this episode is a reintroduction. Not to a healed version of me. Not to a woman who finally has her shit together. To me, right here. I’m talking about self-abandonment, executive functioning, the gap between knowing and doing, and why so many capable people need practical support navigating finances, healthcare, workplace advocacy, legal systems, paperwork and the invisible administrative work of simply being alive.
