We become emotionally, physically, mentally, and sometimes spiritually exhausted because we're doing all the things and we don't check in with ourselves because we say, I will do this when. So please, if you would, join me in a short, just grounding session. Because especially as women, we are atmosphere changers. We have hormones and everything else. And those things affect how we feel. And how we feel affects everything else. And so if you could please take a minute.
