We are a podcast that breaks down each episode of your favorite guilty pleasure (and ours) Pretty Little Liars! We talk about everything from the head turning fashion to the all too glaring plot holes, and sometimes even other projects the cast have been involved in (and its seven million spin-offs). Make no mistake, what we say comes from a place of love!
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 5 JUN 2014) Welcome back to PLP Movie Club! To help pass the time during this dry spell of new Pretty Little Liars episodes, we'll occasionally be rewatching older episodes on the side but mostly watching and ranting about movies that feature the very stars of our favorite show.
This time it's Ashley Benson's turn, as we break down "Spring Breakers" - or, as James Franco would say, "Sprang Breeeeeeak."
With open hearts and minds we journey down the Harmony Korine rabbit hole for boobies, party montages, lots more boobies and a whole lot more party montages. Oh, and some college girls become drug dealers but believe me, that is secondary to the boobies and party montages.

BONUS: "Palo Alto" (PLP Movie Club)
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 29 MAY 2014) Ever wonder what the stars of Pretty Little Liars do in their off time? Well, they star in movies, of course. So, in our effort to cover all things PLL we introduce the Pretty Little Podcasters Movie Club!
On these extra special episodes we will be breaking down any film starring a PLL cast member. And to prove how serious we are, the first movie up is "Palo Alto" which doesn't really star anyone from PLL. It does, however, have a 90 second cameo by Keegan Allen. We thought he had a bigger role, you guys, we swear. Either way, we watched it so now you're gonna hear about it.

S04 E24 "A is for Answers"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 10 APR 2014) The season four finale of Pretty Liars happened, you guys. And not only is A for answers but A is totally for Amaze-balls! This episode is truly bonkers, I can't even begin to tell you. We get to live the events of the fateful September night with Ali (Or as we're calling it, her "Hey College Age Dude, We Didn't Actually Have Sex" Tour) So, put down that worn copy of Tender is the Night that you read every summer and let's do this!

S04 E23 "Unbridled"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 3 APR 2014) The penultimate episode of Pretty Little Liars season four is here. With the revelation that Ezra thinks Mrs. D is A, the Liars are sliding on their fingerless wedding gloves and working overtime! Spencer even gets to play in the DiLaurentis back yard (aka the Black Forest). We learn how bear traps work. We learn Travis has terrible ideas and we learn how to get engaged in two languages! You'll be so much smarter after this. We promise.

S04 E22 "Cover For Me"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 27 MAR 2014) On this week's instalment of ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars, high school student Aria spends the episode wh*ring it up in a hotel room in Syracuse. Oh, and she has pancakes and raids the minibar. Meanwhile Spence, Em and Hanna have a day much less centered around pineapple schnapps and a spent box of condoms.

S04 E21 "She's Come Undone"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 20 MAR 2014) When we last left our heroes of Pretty Little Liars, Aria had just found out Ezra's dastardly plan! And by "dastardly plan" I of course mean "true crime novel." So, she is fittingly freaking out. Spencer politely declines rehab. And it totally works. Paily has a falling out. Oh, Paily is Paige and Emily. We didn't know that they had a cutsie couple name either. And, you guys, Hannah wears a jumpsuit so hideous that it distracts from anything she actually did in this episode. Learn about it all here with in depth analysis and play by play coverage from your hosts M & B (who may have been liquored up on Ravenswood wine at the time of recording).

S04 E20 "Free Fall" (w/ April Richardson)
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 13 MAR 2014) This is such an epic episode of PLL that the Pretty Little Podcasters had to bring in back up in the form of the hilarious, insightful, splendid, amazing and (again) hilarious April Richardson! You've seen her on Chelsea Lately and you damn well better be listening to her podcast, Go Bayside! Now, she is sitting down with us to watch her very first episode of Pretty Little Liars and together we can conquer the madness! This episode is full of caffeine pill withdrawl, instantaneous darkness, snowless ski lifts, Aria's intense face acting and more green screen than a Star Wars prequel. As you can see we've got a lot to discuss so stop the dilly dally and hit play!

S04 E19 "Shadow Play"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 6 MAR 2014) It has finally happened, you guys, Spencer's brain cracked under the pressure of a day and a half of caffeine pills and she's living in a 1940s film. The long awaited "film noir" episode of PLL is here! And we are here to decipher the black and white madness! Every silky night gown is covered! Every sweeping close-up is examined! Every overly dramatic reveal accounted for! M & B bring you lots of horrible 1940s speak, like way more than you would ever want. So, dames and fellas, let's 23 skidoo because this time the devil is giving away free samples!

S04 E18 "Hot For Teacher"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 27 FEB 2014) Keep listening at the end for a bonus recap of everything you missed in Ravenswood. One of the Liars knows who A is and s**t is about to go down, y'all. But before Spencer tells the other girls, she has to be absolutely sure, and does quite a bit of detectiving this episode folks, buckle in. Oh, she does a lot of drugs, too. Detectiving and drugs. And chickpeas factor heavily into this episode of PLL as well. And in this episode we also meet M & B's favorite new character, Bob the extra. We are certain you'll love him, too.

S04 E17 "Bite Your Tongue"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 20 FEB 2014) On this week's episode of Pretty Little Liars, things are so bonkers that Hanna is reading... of her own accord, guys, no one can believe it! Spencer is hot on Board Shorts' trail, Emily the perpetual weak link is being tormented by A, and pretty little Aria is a rageaholic now, you guys, so that's fun. As you can see, there is plenty to talk about! Hit play and let's get to it!

S04 E16 "Close Encounters"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 13 FEB 2014) Things are really heating up on PLL as Ali wants to meet Emily in secret, Spencer corners a drug company CEO and we finally get to see Toby shirtless. He still blathers on about his mom but we can see his abs, so it's okay. Your hosts Melissa & Ben break it all down for you as we watched PLL episode 16 of season 4 entitled Close Encounters.

S04 E15 "Love ShAck, Baby"
(ORIGINALLY RECORDED 6 FEB 2014) On the second episode of Pretty Little Podcasters, we delve into the steamy pages of Ali's diary. We get to explore a secret relationship from Hanna's past (not so shockingly for PLL, it is very age inappropriate), witness EzrA start to get sloppy and, yes, more about Toby's mother. Still don't care, Toby. Still don't care.

On this, the very first podcast, your hosts Melissa & Ben fearlessly ask the big questions, like where has Ali been? What secrets await in the pages of her diary? What really happened to Toby’s mom? Well, we ask those first two questions and really don’t care about the third!
