PREZ: CORRUPTION WITHIN THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT
Today's story isn't simply about one billionaire, one lawyer, or one president. It's about trust. According to reporting discussed by multiple national news organizations, Venezuelan billionaire Julio Herrera Velutini received a Prez pardon after members of his family entered into a deal reportedly worth more than $50 million with Alina Habba, a former attorney for Prez. Habba has publicly denied any role in obtaining the pardon, and has called suggestions of a communication false. Now, let's be clear. A Prez pardon is legal. The Constitution gives press broad authority to grant clemency The question is not whether a pardon can be granted. The question is whether the American people believe access influence, money and connections are becoming more important than equal justice under the law.

PREZ: THE GREAT GOLF COURSE TREE CUT-DOWN

PREZ CONTROLS THE MILITARY-BUT 535 LAWMAKERS FROM CONGRESS CAN STOP HIM
PREZ: THE PREZ CONTROLS THE MILITARY..BUT 535 LAWMAKERS CAN STILL STOP HIM
Americans hear that the Prez is the Commanded-in-Chief. But that phrase hides a deeper truth: the Prez commands the military, but Congress controls the power behind it. Our Founders designed it that way deliberately to prevent any one leader from becoming too powerful. It was designed that way. Never again would America have a king. They built a government with three branches: Congress wrote laws, controls money, declares war; The Prez enforces laws, commands the military, and the Supreme Cout who interprets laws and checks both branches. Each branch designed to challenge limit, and restrain the others. Not politely. Intentionally!
