Well, what I see happening with a lot of young people graduating from college that aren't in a discipline like being a vet or being a doc or being something where you're going to have to pass boards and you got to go to school to learn what you got to learn is that once they graduate and they take their first job within a week, they hate their job. They didn't know it was going to be like what it's like. And so I think the biggest issue, and I might be wrong on this, but the biggest issue is that our school system doesn't teach people what they really need to learn while they're in school. […]
