Episode 41: Sara Gonzales

This week the Probably Cancelled crew welcomes Sara Gonzales (@SaraGonzalesTX) to the show, and let's just say... if this episode doesn't get us shadow-banned, we're clearly not trying hard enough. Jack Savage, Brady Matthews, and Laura Robesonsit down with one of Texas' loudest—and least apologetic—voices to dive headfirst into the political circus happening in the Lone Star State. We tackle the controversy surrounding Frisco, the debate over H-1B visas and immigration policy, local politics that somehow turned into national headlines, and why Texas seems to have become the internet's favorite reality show. Sara brings the facts, the perspective, and enough fire to keep the conversation moving. We bring what we always bring: questionable jokes, terrible segues, and the confidence of a couple hosts who definitely should've done more homework. Along the way, we solve approximately zero political problems, accidentally create three new ones, and prove once again that the internet will find something to be offended by... no matter what we say. In this episode: 🇨🇱 Sara Gonzales joins the Probably Cancelled crew 🤠 Texas politics: calm discussion... just kidding. 🏘️ The Frisco controversy and why everyone's suddenly an expert 💻 H-1B visas, immigration, and the battle over America's workforce 😂 More roasting than a Texas summer 🍻 The usual bad decisions disguised as podcasting Whether you agree with everyone, disagree with everyone, or just came for the inevitable train wreck, buckle up. Because on Probably Cancelled, we don't promise you'll leave smarter... ...but we do promise you'll leave with at least one opinion you didn't have an hour ago.

Episode 40: We 'R' 40!

Forty episodes. FORTY. Statistically speaking, at least one of us should've been fired, arrested, or replaced by AI by now. Yet here we are. This week it's just the boys—Jack Savage, Brady Matthews, Derek Holland—plus the always unpredictable Lil Jasay and everyone's favorite producer, My Black Friend Sean, proving once again that HR has stopped returning our calls. The crew breaks down the Kevin Hart roast, proves that no topic is too dumb to spend 30 minutes on, and then commits the ultimate act of self-sabotage by asking ChatGPT what it thinks about the Probably Cancelled Podcast. Turns out... ChatGPT has jokes. We read the AI's brutally honest opinions, roast ourselves harder than Kevin Hart's friends ever could, and discover that artificial intelligence may actually be smarter than our entire production staff combined. (No offense, Sean... okay, maybe a little offense.) If you've ever wondered what happens when five grown adults voluntarily let a robot insult them for entertainment... congratulations. You've found your people. Episode 40 is packed with laughs, questionable takes, unnecessary confidence, and enough self-deprecation to keep our therapists employed. Thanks for sticking with us for 40 episodes. We genuinely appreciate every listener... even the ones who only hate-watch us. Here's to Episode 41... assuming ChatGPT doesn't convince everyone to stop listening first.

Episode 39: America 250

🇺🇸 Probably Cancelled Podcast – Fourth of July Special 🇺🇸 This week, the bald eagles are screaming, the grills are smoking, someone definitely lost a finger to a bottle rocket, and Probably Cancelled is celebrating America the only way we know how—by loudly expressing opinions with absolutely no qualifications. Jack Savage is joined once again by Laura Robeson, Brady Matthews, and Derek Holland for a red, white, and slightly unhinged Independence Day spectacular. We're talking everything 'MURICA: the greatest Fourth of July traditions, backyard BBQs, fireworks, freedom, questionable patriotic fashion choices, the greatest American sports moments, founding fathers, hot dogs, beer, and all the things that make this beautiful, chaotic experiment called America worth celebrating. Expect history... probably. Facts... occasionally. Tangents... constantly. If you're looking for a serious educational podcast, congratulations—you've made a terrible decision. So throw another burger on the grill, crack open your favorite cold beverage, salute literally anything with stars and stripes on it, and join us for an episode that's more American than arguing over whether ketchup belongs on a hot dog. God Bless America... and God Bless the editor who had to cut this episode down. Happy Fourth of July from Laura, Brady, Derek, Jack, and everyone at Probably Cancelled. 🇺🇸🎆
