Episode 2: The Life Audit

It’s easy to take for granted the practice of checking in with yourself. Sometimes we’re on autopilot without even realizing. Before you know it, weeks, even months, have gone by without a few minutes of pause to ask yourself how you feel about you.

Life’s fullness draws from so many different corners of our existence, and the life audit is a good reminder of that. The visual aspect of this practice helps you see the wins worth celebrating and the areas worth pouring into. There’s a reason this practice is incorporated into SO many different coaching programs. I love it, and I hope you will too.

Episode Notes:

These are the eight categories I use in my life audit. If you Google “wheel of life” you may find some variations to identify the different areas of life, choose whatever feels good to you. They’re mostly all in the same vein.

Friendships

Love

Finances

Career

Health

Spirituality

Fun/Leisure

Learning/Intellectual

Questions to ponder while you journal:

What do you feel is missing or you need more of in your life right now?

What do you feel is in overflow (in the best way possible) in your life right now?

When you look at your life audit and where you want to grow, what’s one step in that direction that you can commit to working on in the next month?

Thanks for listening to Probably Overthinking!
