This past week I returned from a road trip to Austin Texas to make a special delivery to my brother and SIL- a dog! Since I do a lot of wholesale business to Texas, I knew that I wanted to create a product inspired by Texas for all of my customers there ( shout out to you!) but I just didn't have the time or mental space to make it happen. Until I spent 40 hours in a car... Its amazing what a road trip can do for ideas and mental space! In this episode I walk through the exact process of coming up with an idea, fleshing it out, mocking it up and finally releasing it. <p>When you're growing your brand, whether that is as a boutique, a product, a subscription box...its easy to feel discouraged by larger, more established players who seem to have it all dialed in.</p> <p>Well, this episode is proof that a lot happens BTS that is not documented, and as someone who values transparency and aligned action, I wanted to give the WHY behind our own shift and allow you to see that pivoting is part of the process.</p> <p>Being that Mercury Retrograde is upon us, this is a great time to slow down and think about what we want. </p> <p>Can we allow it to happen? </p> <p>To evolve on its own?</p> <p>To leap when we feel its time?</p> <p>I say, YES.</p> <p>Go with the flow and pivot with ease!</p>
