Ep. 77 - 24 Years on the Mucusless Diet: Live Celebration + Ask Me Anything

🎓 The step-by-step roadmap I wish I'd had in 2002 is here. Start Transition Diet 101, free 👉 https://go.mucusfreelife.com/td101-pod In September 2002, twenty-four years ago, I bought fruit and vegetables for the first time and started practicing the Mucusless Diet Healing System. I was over 300 pounds, sleeping with a CPAP unit, and cycling through ear infections and bronchitis every year. Six months after one conversation with Brother Air, I had lost 100 pounds and the ailments were gone. For this live celebration, I came to you from the van, location undisclosed, to reflect on what those years have taught me about the one thing that made the difference: consistency. That theme runs through the whole show. The information is the easy part. Nobody before us built a practice around the Transition Diet as the foundation, and that is the gap Transition Diet 101 was made to fill. I talk about mindset from day one, why I plan for my own addictions instead of forcing myself, why rigid raw-food perfectionism is not mucus-free, and why emotional obstruction is the part that holds most people back. I go into the bully story from my childhood and how it resurfaced during "the fall" ten years into the diet, the college years I am lucky to have survived, and the moment the air-gas engine idea clicked in the conversation that changed my life. Then the chat takes over for the Ask Me Anything. Among the questions we cover: ✅ What I eat in a day now: the 48-hour cycle, and why you should not copy it✅ Extended mono fruit-juice fasting, and why a fast is only as good as how it is broken✅ Can careful transitioning prevent "the fall"?✅ How much fruit should you eat? It is not a calorie question✅ Autoimmune conditions, fibroids, and yeast infections, as far as YouTube allows✅ Escapism, practicing, and the David Goggins mindset applied to the middle path✅ Pets, domestication, and cats versus dogs, the opinion nobody asked for✅ Knowing your rights when a government agency comes knocking Also in this episode: the enemas I did in a dorm bathroom at the University of Cincinnati, a clip of me at 21 explaining the diet with the same energy I have today, a first look at the Mucusless Women's Health Resource, the book I have been building from the voices of dozens of women who practice this path, and the announcement of a new Friday-night show with Jeannette, the Misfit Vegan. Ep. 76 - What Do I Eat Next? Transition Diet 101 Live Preview + Q&A

🥗 Know what to cut, but not what to eat next? Start Transition Diet 101, free 👉 https://go.mucusfreelife.com/td101-pod This was my first livestream on our own channel since our annual Thanksgiving celebration, and it was the release party for Transition Diet 101, a seven-module course we value at $2,000 and are giving away free. We built it around the question I have been asked more than any other in 24 years of practicing and teaching the Mucusless Diet Healing System: "Okay, but what do I actually eat now?" In the first part of the episode, I open the course and walk through how it is put together: the Foundation in Module 1, the three starting menus that run from a beginner level to a more advanced one, why we took the time to define words I use constantly, like mechanics, principles, rules, and guidelines, what one full day of eating looks like in Module 5, and where Module 7 points you next. The walkthrough is on screen, so if you would like to see the course as I describe it, the video version is linked below. Then I open the chat, and your questions carry us through the next three hours. Among the topics we cover: ✅ Why the Transition Diet is the biggest gap in the diet space, and the gateway into the Mucusless Diet Healing System✅ My S-tier transitional foods✅ Salt, green salt, and sea vegetables✅ The "one ounce of water per pound of body weight" rule, and why I don't follow it✅ Transitioning with psychiatric diagnoses and medications✅ Emotional release, and why I want you grounded before you release, especially while fasting✅ Herbs, and why I used none at all for my first ten years✅ Eating windows and sleep✅ Rebuilding the nervous system without B12 supplements✅ Enemas for beginners who can't hold the water yet✅ Why every addiction starts with pus and mucus addiction Watch the video version on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/live/pC0Kj_Pa6LM CHAPTERS0:00 Intro: "We are mucus-free"0:34 Welcome back: my first livestream here since Thanksgiving2:48 Fresh from the Woodstock Fruit Festival7:34 Transition Diet 101 is here, and it's free9:43 Why the Transition Diet is the biggest gap in the diet space24:06 Inside Transition Diet 101: a walk through the course26:22 The three starting menus39:15 Q&A opens: my S-tier transitional foods52:33 Life on the road1:06:31 Store produce, and raw corn vs. cooked corn1:21:41 Salt, green salt, and sea vegetables1:27:52 "One ounce of water per pound of body weight?"1:39:40 Transitioning with psychiatric diagnoses and medications1:43:33 Emotional release and the Sedona Method1:53:57 Healing after drug damage, and grape-cure levels1:58:48 Herbs, and when I actually use them2:10:41 Growing your own food, and fruit forests2:21:25 Eating windows and sleep2:27:53 Rebuilding the nervous system without B12 supplements2:32:33 Deep healing and the sanitarium2:42:18 Enemas for beginners: "I can't hold the water"2:55:51 What the digestive system is really for3:05:48 Enemas in a van3:10:32 Every addiction starts with pus and mucus addiction3:14:46 "We are time travelers"3:32:20 Closing and the sign-off 👉 Start Transition Diet 101, free:https://go.mucusfreelife.com/td101-pod ***RESOURCES & NEXT STEPS 🎓 New to the Mucusless Diet? The Human Body Is an Air-Gas Engine: My Story, 24 Years In (with JC Ortiz-Roman)

🎓 The step-by-step roadmap I wish I'd had in 2002 is here. Start Transition Diet 101, free 👉 https://go.mucusfreelife.com/td101-pod For this episode, I stepped to the other side of the microphone. JC Ortiz-Roman, who helped build Transition Diet 101 with me, invited me to be the very first guest on his new show, Turning Confusion into Clarity. We sat down for a full, wide-ranging conversation about the road from Springdale, Ohio, to 24 years of practicing and teaching the Mucusless Diet Healing System. JC asked about the whole journey: growing up in Springdale, being raised by my grandmother and aunt while my mother was in and out of the hospital, how music carried me to the College-Conservatory of Music, and the jazz gig where a plate of chicken wings at intermission led me to the drummer our community knows as Brother Air. We also get into the people who helped me along the way, the years of university teaching and study, and how I learned to practice this system long before there was a modern step-by-step course for the transition. Among the topics we cover: ✅ Arnold Ehret's idea of the human body as an air-gas engine ✅ Victor Buttrom, Brother Air, and the early Mucusless Diet lineage that helped shape my practice ✅ Why the Transition Diet is not simply a food list, and why I say “always be transitioning” ✅ What 24 years taught me about learning this system in stages ✅ The “you'll be deficient” argument, and why I stopped accepting it at face value ✅ Freedom, responsibility, and what Brother Air calls “the freedom to be filthy” ✅ Why we built Transition Diet 101, and who it was designed to help Thank you, JC, for having me as your first guest.
