He served as <strong>co-chair of the FBI’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Program (ViCAP) National Advisory Board</strong>, directed <strong>UTAP, the Utah Criminal Tracking and Analysis Project</strong>, and supported <strong>intelligence operations during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games</strong> in Salt Lake City.</p><p>After retiring from public service, Mike joined the <strong>Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri)</strong>, where he spent years consulting with police agencies around the globe on <strong>intelligence gathering, emergency communications, and major event management</strong>.
