November through March is where a lot of farms go under, not because nobody wanted to buy, but because the money ran out in December, January, and the seed order was due in February. The chick order needs to be paid by March. I see this happen every year to great farmers with amazing products, and they end up going into debt on a credit card and losing so much money.
