For the final episode of Project 25 Podcast, I turn the microphone inward for a self-interview. In it, I share my journey from starting the podcast in the throes of a quarter-life crisis to my growth and evolution over the past three years. At 28, I reflect on the lessons learned, challenges faced, and the wisdom gained along the way.

Para el episodio final de Project 25, decidí entrevistarme a mí misma (JA!). En esta entrevista, comparto mi experiencia de como empecé este podcast al experimentar mi crisis de los 25, y cómo he crecido y evolucionado en los últimos tres años. Ahora de 28, reflexiono y comparto las lecciones que he aprendido, los desafíos que he superado, y la sabiduría que he adquirido en el camino.
En este episodio, también hablo sobre mis experiencias como migrante, el navegar una montaña rusa de elecciones sobre mi carrera, y hago énfasis en la importancia de seguir nuestros sueños. Comparto sobre las luchas y ganancias de mis veintes, y ofrezco mis consejos para todas aquellas personas que estén pasando por su crisis de los 25 (o de cualquier edad!)
Además, hablo sobre la importancia de abrazar nuestras emociones, de buscar armonía en vez de balance, y la magia de tomar acciones que nos llevan hacia nuestros sueños. Este episodio es un testamento de crecimiento, resiliencia y del poder en contar historias.
